1 The end of the world

"Dame that light novel was satisfactory, I hope the anime is as adequate as the book," Sawyer said out loud. 'Well anyway, time to watch the anime now' he thought as he was turning on the TV. But it was black and white static.

'Weird, something is not right here' sawyer thought, studying the TV. Then the TV changed but only by a little bit however the thing that changed was now there were words on the TV.

The words on the TV were "You have made the gods bored, Now we're going to make it enjoyable again." Sawyer uttered the words on the TV screen not being able to comprehend.

'Was this some sick joke, gods? enjoyable again, The message made sense yet it did not. Calm yourself, Sawyer this is just anxiety nothing going to happen to you.' He looked at the TV once more and saw A Roulette table on the screen.

This filled him with anger, he hated gambling, no that would be an understatement he loathed it because his father and mother lost all of their money. That would have been fine if they stopped there yet, It was like they did not learn at all

So they got a loan from a loan shark for 5,000 dollars. After they did that they lost it all, all 5,000 dollars of it to gambling. They had no money, no job, no house, No Life it would have been funny if someone called him homeless because he was lifeless.

Just like a shell, you found on a beach, hard but empty, His parents not having any money or anything to sell, The loan shark killed them than looking at me, he was going to kill me too but didn't probably.

Because there was no need to kill something dead inside, that was 10 years ago when he was 5 but now he was in A orphanage. Just a week ago it was his first day in high school yet he still made no new friends.

So he was planning to just go home and finish his light novel and watch the anime for it. Except for god, gods? I don't care, had different plans, In the form of the end of the world.

"The gods have given you a system, To help you survive since you had `Bad Cards`as one would say, The name for the system is Island's Tabboo, Now look at Roulette table this is where you are going to start on the island, Red for somewhere on the beach, White for the mountains, Black for the middle of the island." The system echoed inside of sawyer's brain.

Despite this weird voice inside of his head claiming to be a system. Sawyer was surprisingly calm due-to him not letting his emotions getting the best of him. Due to this, he was able to find the percent, Red 75%, White 20%, Black 5%.

'If this Island is like other earth-like islands. Then there was a good chance to survive this if it's not like earth. Then I guess you would have a high chance to die if you rolled any of these.' as Sawyer was theorizing the system said inside of his mind again.

"You have reached your time limit, Rolling for you." there was a pause for about 10 seconds because Sawyer just watching the ball spin around the table. Then it landed in the black.

At that moment, The room that he was in started to warp and crack, He looked out the window even the sky was cracking and was turning black as a moonless night. Altho it was the middle of the day just A moment ago.

Then everything stopped, looking around Sawyer was very confused due-to his location he was not on an island. He saw nothing but black then at that moment like the darkness was reading him, Poped up a Blue screen that said.

'That's a lot to take in and I'm guessing that we're not on earth anymore, Since there is magic there just one problem and that is all my Skills that start with Tabboo. Isn't that really bad' Sawyer was pondering to himself

"Would you like if everybody that you were close with was teleported with you?" The system said out loud in the dark place making it sound like the darkness was talking. "yeah why not." Sawyer said to the system, The only reason for doing this.

Was not to lose his mind because he did not know if he would be the only one there. There was always the chance of making a foolish or slow-witted response. Because of not having anyone to talk to.

"Got it sending you and your classmates in 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0." as the system was saying this

The black place was turning into green land and 3 close rivers going downhill to a volcano that looked like it could go active any second and in the background, he could see mountains that looked bigger than Mount Everest!

"This is really A different world" Sawyer yelled as loud as possible then realized his mistake just as something much stronger heard him.
