Wendy returned to Swift Villa and promptly powered on her computer to browse through some materials. Just moments ago, Scott called her and informed her about a job he had arranged for her. Although it wasn't a highly demanding or prestigious position, she couldn't help but feel a bit anxious.

After all, she had been detached from society for several years and now had to earn money to support herself and reintegrate into normal life.

Felix entered the bedroom carrying a bag and casually tossed it onto the desk where her computer sat.

Startled, Wendy finally noticed his return, still holding those items, and couldn't help but feel uneasy. "I'll repay you once I find a job and earn some money."

Felix remained silent as Wendy turned her head and rummaged around in the corner for a while, retrieving a black card. "You can have this card back. I don't need it either."
