Chapter 48

Jason was standing outside, a coffee cup in his hand. He stared at the car.

I arrived quickly at Carlos' house.

I rang the doorbell and waited.

Arlo opened the door with a smile.

"You're early, I was expecting you by nine or ten"

"Well I'm here now, am I not?"

"Come in" he stepped aside and let me in.

He wasn't wearing a clothes except a boxer short and Bermuda shorts over it.

He house was inexplicably clean.

"I thought playboys usually left things hanging"

"Things like what?"

"I expected to see panties or bras on the floor, condom packets..."

"Lene... I'm not like that"

"Clean freak?"

"Not exactly. My grandma decided to come visit, so I cleaned up or else she'll nag me for the whole month"

"I wondered"

"You're hurting me" he placed a hand over his chest.

"Breakfast"

"Bring it on"
