Taking the syringe, Ryo quickly injected a few ML of the poison into Shidō's body as he tried to resist the process to his best. After injecting him with the poison, he opened the lab door and ordered something to his subordinates standing and gaurding the lab. They just nodded and left without uttering any word.
Ryo just returned to his poison and returned at just the time when the poison took action.

Shidō suddenly felt a little itchy all over his body. This itch was a lot uncomfortable, it was like a lot of insects crawling all over his body. He tried to resist the urge to scratch and even he tried to, he will not be able to because of his body being restrained. This itch continue to grow and Shidō started to shiver and twitch continuously as his eyes were a little wet. He tried his best, trying to release his hand to scratch his body and releave his itch.
"UGHH"
"Huuuuhh!"
Ryo looked at his struggle and felt a little amused. He moved behind and release Shidō using his Body Crystallization abilities. On the other hand, finding himself released, Shidō quickly scratched himself all over his body, not thinking about what the consequences his actions will bring.

When Shidō scratched his skin, his skin literary came off his skin. Layers of layers of his skin feel off his body wherever he touched. Whenever he scratched, his skin literary tore off by itself. This scene made Shidō scream in desperation as he continued to cry.
Suddenly a idea came to his mind. He quickly rushed towards the door, but sadly, just as he tried to stand, he lost the sense of his legs.
"TELL ME WHY!? WHY DID YOU DESTROYED EVERYTHING...!?"
*Huuu* *Huuu* (quick breathing sounds)
"WHY! WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS! I JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND!?"
In desperation, he quickly tried to capture Ryo in hurry. As he tried to reach at him, Ryo just formed a mana wall infront of him. Since Shidō was already in motion and he was not able to change his direction because of his legs, he directly crashed into it and slowly slid of off the wall.
"AHHH! IT BURNS!!! HELP! HELP ME! IT BURNS!!"
His shouts soon turned louder and louder as he felt his power leave his body. He was feeling that he was literally on fire, being burnt alive.
"HHSUB HELP! IM IN PAIN! SOMEONE SAVE ME! SHU$+#8MD"
What he didn't noticed was now all his body surface only consisted of muscles which were directly visible to the naked eye. If someone observed deeply, they will be able to see that unlike normal red muscles, Shidō's body had deep red muscles. His hairs had fell off and as he was scratching his body, a dark red fluid along with some very small chunks of something, was released every action.
"AHHHHH! HELP! HELPPPP!!"
"WHXH6-27$!$+"
The poison that Ryo injected Shidō with had very painful effects. In starting, the person injected with the virus will feel itchy, then just a touch is enough to peel off their skin, then the muscles will melt slowly and during all this time, the person will feel 100X more pain than such regular process. And the main thing is that during all this time, most of the body parts are paralysed and the person will feel weak all over the body parts that he can still move.
This was not the end. During all this process, the person injected with the poison will although have a lot of blood loss, but it will still let the person survive the whole time and the person will continue to suffer through bleeding so much that the body couldn't function anymore for a few hours before dying.
The same was happening him. It's been several minutes and Shidō was now completely paralysed. He couldn't move but he can still feel and see through his eyes.
After going through all the torture, Shidō was breathing heavily. Finally he was able to rest after the results of poison completing. After all the things, he can still feel burning sensation all over his body but it cannot compare to all the painful process he had through. His whole body was bare naked of skin, while all the ground around his body covered in blood and some muscles chunks. One could directly see his muscles and even veins pulsing. Normal people will just piss looking at such bloody scene.
Just when Shidō was resting, Ryo's surbordidinate knocked the door and provided Ryo with a wrapped box. Ryo opened the door and took a small box wrapped up in thick opaque plastic covering. After ordering his surbordidinate to leave the room, Ryo looked at Shidō coldly and unwrapped the box brought by his subordinate. It contained something that will make people suffering from Entomophobia directly have a heart attack just by looking at it.
{Entomophobia: Fear/disgust of insects specially slimy and weird looking ones. }
This box contained a special Fly Maggots which were infected with the variant Virus specially developed by Ryo. It was very hard to develop a variant of virus that infects living being other than human. Ryo was only able to develop it after he got the <Ultimate Hope> serum.
With his newly gained skills and knowledge, he developed the Variant after a lot of efforts. It was like the virus was resisting the urge to infect other living being except Human beings. Thankfully or sorrowfully, these Fly Maggots are not able to infect people. This made up these Fly Maggots the best creatures that Ryo can depend upon to complete his task.
These Fly Maggots are special because unlike their normal behaviour of eating on dead body for growth, they only have one purpose: eat and eat and eat. There is no end to their hunger. Also, after getting infected with virus, their eating speed was multiplied by hundreds of times. The only purpose to them was to devour every single living being in their reach.
Although these creatures had strong devouring capabilities, they still cannot eat on bones. So Ryo had created the injection for Shidō such that his bones will lose its hardness, so that these maggots can devour his body to the core.
Without any hesitation, Ryo directly dumped a few kilograms/pounds of Fly Maggots directly on the centre region of Shidō's stomach. Shidō could only watch and feel the pain in horror as these maggots started to chew their way into his body. He could literally feel these maggots chew their way through his body, eating every single part of his body on their way.
Shidō could only try to groan as bloody tears fell from his eyes. He could feel how those slimy disgusting maggots wiggle in his body as they quickly devour his flesh. These maggots wiggled in happiness finding food. They were specially starved for a day by Ryo to make them more excited to find food after a long time.
These maggots quickly took bite into his muscles, burrowing into his stomach and bones, eating everything in their way. They took chunks of his meat and leaped more deeper into his body. Shidō could only continue to resist as he can literally feel like living in hell. The speed at which these maggots devoured his meat was as if he was being bitten by fire ants all over his body and flesh. This only got worse due to the squirming feeling that he was feeling in his organs as these Maggots burrow into his organs. The feeling of being eaten was so painful that a normal person could have been fainted off because of it. But due to Ryo's injection, he was still concious and still feel 100X more pain.
These creatures quickly made their way through his stomach, legs, chest and even head. All the while Shidō was alive.
This continued for a few minutes and finally Shidō died from blood loss. Ryo just looked at his corpse in disgust, watching a few maggots burrowing into his eyes. He quickly positioned his hand toward Shidō's dead body.
"[Fire Creation]"
Just after chanting, Shidō's body was caught in fire. Ryo had created a barrier around Shidō's body to ensure that every single living creature in there burn completely and the fire doesn't harm his lab.

After Shidō's body and the maggots were burnt to death, Ryo gripped his trembling hand. He looked toward Nana and also found her looking away while her body also trembled looking at such scene. He reached her and took her in embrace to calm himself down after removing the gloves that he was wearing.
They stayed in the position again for some time, trying to forget the torture that Ryo made Shidō go through.
