1 Chapter 1 - Bizarreness [Rewrite]
Got demotivated and forgot most of the things that happened in the fanfic. Thought that since I was not motivated to write further chapters, why not remove all the loopholes and bad things that reviewers pointed out?
I have also tried to flesh out the characters, change the plot by a small margin, and make sure that I am going to follow my original plan of him being a heartless Neutral Evil person.

My ears rang, and my heart raced as the deafening explosion echoed through the air. That was the last thing I remember before my mind went blank.

My heart started to beat loudly as I saw the scene in front of me. The vivid void filled with a multitude of colors made my heart race in fear of the unknown. My mind was ringing with the last sound I heard before I... I died?
' *Phew* Calm yourself down Ryo! Calm yourself down Ryo!'
Taking deep breaths for a few seconds, I was able to calm myself down but still, my mind was on overdrive and I was feeling throbbing pain all over my body... If I even have any 'body' to begin with.
'Hah.'
Examining myself up, I signed in relief to find myself safe but I am completely naked right now. My blank hair and almost black eyes remained the same as I remember if there was no physical change. My looks were normal, like that of a passing Mob A as long as I remember.
That was what I could say at least, because it was now wrapped in some sort of dull purple gas-like state. I don't know for how long I have been floating in here.
'Is this my soul?'
Thankfully, somehow I'm able to survive in the Void without any air. My thoughts were mangled because of the explosion in the experiment I was doing.
'This shouldn't be. The experiment was stable and I am very sure that the whole process was stable. And let's not forget that even if the experiment was unsuccessful and resulted in a black hole, according to SR's Law of Relative Void, I should have been dead because of the Void Wind.'
'My body should have been destroyed to the nothingness in this Void.'
'Wait... this situation seems to be familiar... a guy dies, finds himself in the void, and meets a R.O.B. Who grants him some wishes as he becomes OP and gets his hands over various Waifus!'
'...This is the Isekai situation but ROB was more creative than he used to be I guess...?'
"You thought you were getting isekai'ed BUT, It was me, DIO!!"
"Nani!"
Looking back toward the place from where the voice came from, I saw something that sent chills down my spine.
Before I was a man with long blonde hair, deep red eyes, and pale white skin looking straight at me with a smirk. The man was floating in a sitting position with crossed legs. His aura was so eerie that it was starting to make me tremble in an unknown fear.
"You are quite amusing for a dead ant."
As for the reason for my excitement, of course, it's because the being in front of me was none other than the DIO from JoJo's Bizzare Adventure himself!
The same character is the most popular character in JoJo's Franchise and is also one of the most iconic characters in the whole Anime History. If you haven't heard his Iconic Lines, you cannot consider yourself a qualified otaku.
But the main problem here was that, unlike most of the villains out there in animes with some humanity left in them, Dio can be considered one of the most heartless villains of all.
*Gulp*
'Let's forget the isekai... Right now, I will have to ensure my survival. If the being in front of me is Dio, then from his current looks, he should be considered Dio in his Over The Heaven form! But there is no 'D' over his body. Probably he might have changed it...
'So am I thrown into the world of Bizzareness of JoJos? Was there any anomaly? Was I actually born in one of the parallel versions of JoJo's? There are so so so many theories!'
As Dio looked over me, a chill went down my spine. Opening his mouth, he said, "Well. Let's skip through all the normalities about three main questions, who I am, why you are here, and why only you."
"You just need to keep silent as I decide what I should do with you. I can do whatever I want with you. If I want, I can decide to kill you anytime I want. I don't give a shit of what your thoughts are, do you understand?"
Nodding stiffly at Dio, I replied, "Y-Yes.".
He hummed and continued, "So in short, you died, and I was feeling bored alongside a random guy who likes to write fanfics but doesn't get any time to do so. Now I will be giving you a system. Use it to provide me... no us with entertainment."
Uncontrolled rage was fired inside me. Never in my life, I've been treated so casually. 'Calm yourself down, Ryo. You don't want to die right now, do you?'. As for the other guy that Dio was talking about, I don't know who the fuck the other guy is but that's sad.
"Well well well looks at this... No matter how much you try to hide your true self, you can't hide it from me... Now let's begin the procedure.", Saying that, Dio smirked as he pointed at me with his pale forefinger as a golden-ish white sphere shot out of his hand and entered my chest.. scaring me.
"Wha-?"
Looking toward my chest area where the ball of light disappeared, I sighed in relief as I found nothing different, and me still alive. 'Thankfully, the process was painless, unlike some animes where the powers come with great pain!'
Just as I signed in relief, I saw a small translucent purple button, making a word come into his mind!
System.
'This... all within expectations but...'
But before I could react, Dio yawned and made a slapping action-

Looking at the darkness, Ryo panicked. The last thing he remembered was DIO slapping him into oblivion. A way if he describes the action as...
'I can't even feel my own body... this unknown feeling... I hate it so much...', A feeling of dread. Feeling like being a slave or puppet to others. Ryo hated it from his very core.
'Hah! Why can't people just let me rest in peace!? Why me? I let them slide for too long... Since fate wants me to break... I hope it itself is ready to be broken cause I am no longer going to hold myself any longer...'

Calming himself down, and removing all the unnecessary thoughts, Ryo examined his current self. He was not able to see or move, but he was able to think clearly.
Just as he was examining his current situation, he saw a translucent purple screen pop into existence in front of him.

With a twitch of his lips, Ryo instantly pressed the 'N' present on the system window. 'What Baby Steps to Greatness? There is no need to use such a weak title if it's not giving me any reward.'
'Let's check up on my status and the descriptions...'
'System, tell me more about yourself.'
[I apologize Host, but Host will have to discover all the functions himself.]
'I see... Disappointed but it is still better than Sentient Systems... As long as it can't read my mind... I will ask it later... Now is not the right time.'
Taking a deep breath, Ryo looked at the glowing window and saw the Mind stat, making him think about what this 'Curse' could be about. He then started to click (?)-s to learn more about them.

'The curse can be problematic. But managable. Still didn't expect the curse. Usually in stories that I read there are no such disadvantages... I am at my weakest and even more, I am now cursed. Heh,', he was now cursed, making him grimace.
The only thing he was bad at was controlling his emotions. Although he could suppress most of his emotions, he was already feeling a bit numb about it.
That was if he had any...
Thankfully he was given time until he was able to move, this also proved that he either is in a Womb or is in a coma of some sort and he will soon gain consciousness by himself or through outside stimulation.
'With the system money, Unique Points, or UP, I might even be able to travel to other worlds...', a mental smile formed as he calculated how to effectively use the system.
'The current priority for me was to learn which world I am in. There is a very high chance of me being in 'JoJo's Bizzare Adventure' world but I can't be sure. That possibility will become almost negligible when I think about it because of Dio giving me the system.'
'If Dio is able to give him a system and he is able to transform multitudes of worlds just on a whim, then he would have achieved his Heaven's plan and ascended to true Godhood. But then again it's also one of the possibilities. All I can do is prepare myself.'
If he is in an unknown world, he might not be able to meet the protagonist, especially if the current world he is in is not a supernatural one. If he is in a Chinese Novel or something then he will be dancing in happiness cause all the plot development is the same as each of their own kind.
But there was another problem which was bugging him... He wasn't able to see what his current identity is actually and...
'What could be my goal... World domination? Becoming the strongest? Too simple... How about I add spice to my goal... Hehe.'
A small mental smirk formed on Ryo's face as he 'narrowed' his eyes in happiness. Looking at the glowing purple panel and all the information on it, Ryo decided to select the 3 perk that was available to him.
As soon as he selected the [[Get 3 Perks]] option, a huge list of thousands of perks was presented to him.
Each of them was different and provided him with a variety of advantages. What he further noticed was that most of these overpowered perks might give him great advantages, but they also give him a lot of disadvantages.
Thus, he will have to go through all of them and select the three most suitable perks for himself.

After going through the whole list, he selected the 3 most perfect perks, perfect for his taste.
[1. Chunnibyo Effect: The host sees everything in an animated style. Triple the talent to learn supernatural stuff. This perk will decrease the ability to perceive distances for the Host.
2. Brave: Will stay brave and calm in dangerous situations. Increase stats by 15% when in fight or deadly situations. But decrease stats by 15% when not in fight or deadly situations. This perk will take 3 sec to take effect every time.
3. Cockroach: Have a 75% chance of getting no damage in one-shot killing attacks. No Drawback.]
He felt that this perk might prove very effective if he decided to hop to an anime word. He had seen enough traumatizing memes about what the anime characters in 4D would look like through cosplayers from the past.
Either they will look beautiful or they will look scary as shit. But still, Ryo preferred to see them in 2D. After all, he has been a huge fan of them for a long long time.
As soon as he selected the confirmation option, Ryo's mind went black for a second but soon returned to normal but he was able to feel the difference. In the corner of his mind, he can perceive the perks that he had selected.
Although he was not able to confirm the perks' abilities, he was sure that they were already in effect.
After spending some time thinking about his next course of action, he selected the [Show Abilities] option as a list opened up, showing all his abilities.

'It was a miracle that I was born in mid 21st century. After World War 3 and the discovery of the X-2027 element, people were able to gain special abilities. And my abilities included fast learning and eidetic memory. I was also famous because of my dual abilities.'
'And with the decline of the entertainment industry, there were no new and original 'stories' formed. Thankfully I was a huge fan of entertainment industries and had been reading almost all the work that was ever published.'
'With my Eidetic memory, I am confident enough that as long as I have read the story, I would know almost every single detail of that world. I used to lore hunt, and people used to say that I was wasting time, but finally, it will be coming in handy.'
During the 10+ years that he spent in the Learning Camp, he dedicated himself to learning all the knowledge the government provided him with. This also included Hand-to-Hand Fighting abilities and Weaponry Proficiency Skills.
But to balance out the mental tiredness, he used to take regular breaks and read a ton of mangas, watch various different animes, and do things related to them.
In his previous life, due to the discovery of a new element, humans began to mutate and gain almost near-supernatural abilities. As the strength of mutants increased, human technology also leaped huge bounds, especially after WW3 in 2027.
The Nuclear Bomb was a thing of the past. After the discovery of the X-2027 element, the new bombs were literally able to obligate a whole planet itself. Thus the knowledge related to that element itself was hidden from the normal citizens and even the high-ranking Mutants.
He only heard about it once during the time that he spent in the Learning Camp and that too by accident. After all, he was a strong mutant in the past himself.

After completing his task, Ryo explored the system in boredom in the endless darkness, trying to distract himself from negative thoughts.
'Empty Brain becomes the of the house of Devil.', A saying he once heard.
If you have no thoughts, negative thoughts come to your mind as you try to overthink stuff that you should not be thinking about.
Thus to stop himself from overthinking and worrying, Ryo started to look and think of various ways to distract himself.

Why am not able to complete this story!? Every time I try, either I become too busy or lose motivation to even write because of so fewer responses I get.
Sorry for the info dump. I tried to think of a way to transfer this dump to future chapters but I don't think that this will fit the situation I'm thinking and planning for.
