The Bad and The not Good

Poseidon stepped on, and Geb stepped back.

"I am doing my job of getting rid of intruders," Poseidon threatened.

"You are the one who started all of this! You were the first to attack my people!" Geb yelled.

"That was a gentle warning. We need to return Typhos to where he is supposed to be. After all, the event was not my fault."

"What do you mean?"

"Zeus was the one who controlled the lightning."

"Zeus... If I defeat you, will you lead me to him?"

"Things would have been easier if you had not been here," Poseidon sighed.

Poseidon swung his trident right to left. Geb dashed forward and shoved his opponent as he knelt.

"Is that all you can do?" Poseidon smugged

"This little body of mine is not built for physical fights."

"Well then, I will let you play with my little Lister."

Behind Poseidon appeared a living liquid the size of a human head. It began to fly towards Geb. Geb knew there was no way to defeat liquidity so he flew away. He quickly noticed that Lister was faster than him. He bent down a bit and scratched the earth's surface with his claws. Lister unconsciously absorbed them making itself move slower and slower. Geb was glad to see his plan worked out well. But as he looked in front, a gigantic shark suddenly jumped up from the ground. Geb instantly steered in another direction. He was then shocked to see a sudden small pond. In no time, more and more ponds appeared around him. Sudden dangerous sea creatures jumped out of the ponds and tried to reach him. He dodged them over and over again. Then, a pufferfish lay on his hand. He struggled to get rid of it. Geb activated one of his abilities, "CATCHING VINES!" The vines came out to grab and throw the fish away. Geb was stunned, "(Is this one of his abilities?!)"

"I knew we were not the same. I shall prove who is stronger," Poseidon said deeply.

The ponds stopped emerging making Geb weirded out. He then realized that he had somehow returned to Poseidon. Geb wished to end the battle with his poisonous claws. But as he was about to attack, Lister reappeared between two people. It opened a wide mouth and swallowed Geb's head. He couldn't care more about the fact that his body was injured due to the fall. He tried his best to get Lister out but failed. Poseidon then unexplained, "Lister has one main purpose, that is to suffocate a person. It may not be smart, or powerful. But once it grabbed you, it wins,"

Geb slowly ceased the panic and began to think of a solution. After a moment, he became halted. Poseidon had a small laugh knowing that his job had gotten easier. Lister moved out of Geb's head and returned to its boss.

"Never call yourself a god if you are an idiot."

"It seems like your ally can only detect the breathing. Have you ever wondered why the heart of a dead person is still beating?" Geb awoke unexpectedly.

"WHAT!?"

"POISON CLAWS!"

"SHARKS! DEFEND ME!"

As Geb was about to strike, he fell into a deep pond. Two sharks were quickly swimming up and reaching Geb. He decided to use poison to kill the sharks instead. He then flew out of the pond and landed on the ground. Both stared at each other for a short period. Poseidon pointed the trident at Geb. Geb felt a bad feeling so he decided to use his vines ability to grab it.

"Give me that thing!" Geb urged.

"You fool~"

The trident suddenly turned into an electric eel. Geb didn't know what it was at first. Until a smug was seen on Poseidon's face. Geb's pupils diminished as he knew it. As he retracted the vines, the eel had already generated electricity. It immediately moved in the vines and was going to shock Geb. Suddenly, a Spartan shield with eight sharp knives attached to it was thrown and cut the vines. Poseidon was surprised as he looked to his back and saw a familiar face. Iron had come.

"Did that hurt you? Do not cry, it is better to hurt than die," Iron asked Geb.

"I do not understand you. But thank you!"

"What? Where do you come from? (Is he too shocked to speak?)"

"Well, what do we have here," Poseidon interrupted the conversation.

"I doubt that you forgot me."

"So do I. Why are you still standing?"

"What do you expect when I came?"

"I see you bring a bow and arrows. Are you here to fight, brother?"

"I am not your brother. Besides, I am here to stop the fight."

"Well then... Your pitiful build is not useful for battles after all."

"I understand."

"If you are willing to do so, then I suppose you are my enemy."

Lister began to hunt Iron. It tried to grab Iron but he quickly stood up with his hind legs and dodged. He then whistled to inform Geb to take the shield to him. As Geb grabbed it, Lister followed and was about to attack. Geb used the shield to block it. The shield somehow pushed Lister away. It again flew to Geb and was still blocked by the shield.

"My shield could reflect any damage caused to its front surface," Iron explained

"You still seemed very responsive."

"Did you expect me to be weaker after years of not having training?"

"HOOO," Geb suddenly shouted. Both stared at Geb trying to whistle while holding Iron's shield.

"Do not worry! I am safe," Iron was proud.

Without a doubt, Geb flew to Iron passing Poseidon while he was unaware. As Geb gave the shield, Iron was stunned to learn that he had powers. He thanked Geb nonetheless.

"Is this your kid? I notice that he can control water."

"I am out years ago~ I can not reproduce anymore. The truth is that he belongs to Egypt."

Iron was stunned by the information.

"Can you see the problem, brother? We are facing an invader. We need to do what we must."

"No... I am not here to fight you two..."

Poseidon took a long breath telling Iron that he was a big disappointment. The sky suddenly turned darker. Iron opened his eyes widely and looked around. He expected Hades to appear at any moment. Iron had his shield nice and tight to his hand and turned away.

"HEY! Come back here. We need to talk more, Chiron!" Poseidon urged.

"Chiron is dead. Iron is the only survivor."

Immediately after, the surface had a tremendous shake making Iron and Geb unstable.

"What are you up to now? This is not a part of the plan." Poseidon was disturbed.

"(He is close...)" Iron assumed.

As Iron walked away, Poseidon took a deep breath and told Geb, "This is chaotic. Hey, kid, what is your name? I want you to stay out of this... Are you listening to me?"

"There will be only one..." Geb frowned.

"Stop mumbling, you have no room for this."

Geb's eyes darkened, "It was YOU who cracked the earth. You had made my friends fall to nowhere. Now you are doing the same thing to me and Iron."

"Boy, you do not understand. I require you not to cause any more troubles."

"Troubles? The only trouble here is YOU!"

Poseidon tried to call Iron but he didn't give any attention. Shortly, Geb charged at Poseidon with claws in both hands. Poseidon took a deep breath. He summoned the Golden Trident and blocked the attack. Geb kept pushing while Poseidon broke no sweat.

"Is this what you want? A war between two countries?" Poseidon yelled.

Geb released for a bit before he swung his claws left to right. Yet, all attempts were useless against Poseidon and his rapid reaction. Geb then thought of an idea. He then stopped and lay his hands on the ground. Poseidon suddenly felt the ground was softer. As he slipped, Geb took the advantage to strike him. Poseidon quickly turned the ground into a small pond. Both fell into it. Poseidon was more aware so he stood up first.

Poseidon quietly approached Geb and bent down to speak, "Can you see how much effort have you wasted? You could have returned to your home if you listened."

"Do you think that..."

"Speak louder, I can not hear you."

"YOU FELL FOR MY PLAN!"

Geb stood up quickly. Poseidon called Lister out to attack him. Yet, Lister suddenly flew through Geb's head. Poseidon then knew that he wasn't breathing. But it was too late as Geb had stabbed Poseidon in the eyes with the poisonous claws. The eyes of the Greek god started to bleed frightfully along with his scream of suffering. Lister and the ponds he made had evaporated.

"(The poison will evolve in his brain leading to eventual death.) That was easy," Geb was confident

Geb turned back with no final words to his opponent. It was at that time when Anubis had ascended from the underground. He carefully put Cerebus to the surface and let it rest. Both waved at each other in happiness.

Despite everything, Poseidon was still alive. He yelled in Greek, "Aphrodite only died because the love of the people in this country had shattered. It is an undeniable truth that... GODS NEVER DIE!"

Poseidon awakened and launched at Geb with the trident. Although Geb heard the speech, he couldn't react quickly. Anubis tried screaming out loud to warn Geb. Anubis threw one of his Death Rings to Poseidon. The heated ring revolved quickly and was about to reach the target. As Geb turned around, he was stabbed by the trident. One head had grabbed Geb's heart out. Then the ring pierced Poseidon's skull. Anubis desperately cried out Geb's name loudly. Without any hesitation, he flew to Poseidon in a brief moment. He took the ring back and swung upwards forcefully, knocking Poseidon out far away. Poseidon lay on the ground, laughing, "Well... This is the end of Greece. There is no other way..."

"YOU HAVE NO MORAL TO SPEAK!" said furious Anubis.

Anubis then threw the ring into Poseidon's mouth. Anubis jumped off the flying ring. He then rapidly kicked the ring on Poseidon. "DIE! DIE! DIE!" Anubis yelled as he kicked from one leg to another at a ridiculous speed and a powerful force. "I WILL NEVER ALLOW YOU TO WAKE AGAIN!"

At that moment, Geb's mind was drowned in thoughts, "(Gabriel... What is your reason for going this far? You are not supposed to fight your deities. Anubis, stop trying. You can not kill him. You can... not? What? What is going on? My poison was said to be able to kill gods! But...)"

The ring had gored through Poseidon's head. He then dropped all of his weapons and ran towards Geb. He took the trident out and held Geb by the side, "Geb! Geb! You should not fool around now. I know can not die that quickly. Geb, open your eyes! We have finished one of them! Our job is easier! We will soon have a party. T- The biggest and happiest party!"

"Anubis... you need to ask Gabriel... what is his motive."

"WHAT? WHY ARE YOU TRYING TO SAY!? GEB PLEASE! You can not die like this! Geb! W- we are almost there... G-... Grandfather..."

Anubis couldn't feel Geb's motion anymore.

As he frowned hearing another earthquake. Anubis decided to lay Geb's body to rest on the ground. He was sensitive until Gabriel showed up in a distance. Anubis was more relieved to know that it was Gabriel trying to get out of the Underworld. But then, Hades also emerged with a creepier look. But that didn't stop Anubis. He moved on, telling himself that he would never forget Geb's sacrifice.

As he ran, he was surrounded by a group of undead spartan. Anubis knew that it was Hades' doing so he decided to fight back. His mind was suffocated in Geb's last request. He suspected to be an explanation that Geb would agree that something so odd yet so profound.

Hades, who appeared as tall as Gabriel, said with an ignorant voice to Iron, "I do not know you."

"Well, what can I say? You and I were not so friendly before."

"Who are you?"

"Iron! What are you doing here?" Gabriel stepped in.

"Hello, old traveler Gabriel Aimilious. Are you glad to see me?"

"How do you know me in this form?"

"You have become a well-known legend just a day earlier!"

It took Hades a bit of time before he finally recognized the familiar face. He then challenged his two opponents, "But first, I have to deal with Typhos. You horse shall meet one of my pets, Annihilation."

The sentence confused Iron. Suddenly, a gigantic dark monster was summoned as Hades raised his hand. It resembled a human-sized bear with razor-sharp teeth and withered fur. Its dead and hollowed eyes stared at Iron and roared. Iron sighed, "It is time to apply the theory."

Annihilation opened its mouth and rushed over to Iron. He remained cool and then pivoted slightly to the left, cutting the beast with his shield as it passed through. Iron was disgusted by the amount of blood that had splattered across his face. The beast turned over and moved again, despite a long scratch on its body. It stood up and attacked as it got close to Iron.

Iron, on the other hand, instantly raised his shield and reflected the attack. Annihilation's mouth was filled with bloody teeth at the time. It was suffocating with rage. Annihilation took a breather, while Iron remained still. The beast then decided to run towards Iron. Iron held his shield in front as usual. Suddenly, the beast opened its jaw greatly and bit the shield's edge.

"YOU IDIOT! The knives have pierced through your jaw!" Iron extended his confidence.

He didn't notice that its canines had gone past the shield and were trying to pull it off his arm. As the attempt didn't work, it decided to stand up and wield Iron. He was shocked yet he couldn't do anything. The beast then quickly bent down, leading Iron to fall badly. His body was lying to the side and his arm was cuffed in Annihilation's jaw. He felt hopeless. The beast continued by dragging Iron in full circles. Iron then took an arrow from his bag. He painfully tried to get closer to the beast. A sudden tremor had luckily gotten him near Annihilation. Eventually, he stabbed its nose. The beast released Iron and stepped back. It quickly broke the arrow, but the arrowhead still lay inside the nose.

Annihilation had a hard time to breath. Before it ran out of breath, the beast jumped and headed towards Iron. Iron, while lying on the ground, couldn't do much at that moment other than rating his shield directly at the beast. Suddenly, he saw someone was shooting something at him. He didn't care less as he thought, either way, he would die. A ring was shot to Iron's shield and was bounced right through Annihilation, slicing the beast in half. Iron was relieved.

Earlier, Gabriel ran out to help Iron, but Hades stood in his way. Hades summoned a sword of a thousand small spinning blades.

"Your best hope is to die once this baby goes through you," Hades challenged.

"Your best hope is that I do not beat you hard enough," Gabriel threatened.

Hades became a shadow as Gabriel threw a punch at him. He crawled past Gabriel and turned back to normal, slashing Gabriel's back. Gabriel turned around and Hades attempted his move again while busting cruel laughs at his opponent. As Hades tried to repeat his action for another time, Gabriel quickly held Hade's head and smashed him to the ground. Hades quickly turned into a shadow and lurked inside the underground. That was when Gabriel noticed that despite Hades having gone, his shadow was moved as it was reflected by the sun. Gabriel tried to fly to a side far away. As a result, the shadow followed him. Gabriel had fully understood his opponent's ability. Just a second before Hades could pop up and act, Gabriel had grabbed and crushed his neck. After a moment of struggle, Hades jumped and used his legs to hold Gabriel. Both fell to the ground, creating a tremor that conveniently helped Iron. Hades once again hopped into the pool of shadow. But this time, he left no trace leaving Gabriel to find him in confusion. A sudden voice from Hades echoed, "It is time to end this. Gabriel Aimilious, I am done playing around!"

Hades appeared from the back. As Gabriel released a punch, Hades quickly swung his sword and chopped Gabriel's right arm off. In a matter of seconds, Hades had pierced through Gabriel's chest with the sword. As Gabriel fell, Hades stepped on him and laughed, "TRY TO TAKE IT OUT! YOUR HEART HAD BEEN SEALED BY THE BLADES! How long do you think it will

take you to rebuild that arm?"

"(The sword... I am unable to remove it. I, too, am unable to turn small. That is not a good idea.)"

After having wild laughter, Hades was irritated by a sharp weapon drilling through his skull. He looked around in panic. He then noticed that his pet had been lost. It was at that point that Hades confronted Anubis.

"Well, have not we met before?"

"Just get to the point."

While the two were conflicting with each other, Iron saw Gabriel lying close to him. He tried to get up but he couldn't, his legs were wounded. Then, Cerberus came. Iron raised his weapon to defend. He yelled or not to get any closer, he knew it was another creature of Hades. Suddenly, it bowed down in front of his face. Iron then would open a clearer eye. He saw a missing limb on the beast. The remaining two heads closed their eyes and sat down. Iron slowly and carefully approached Cerberus. He knew that to make friends with animals, he needed to pet them. So he reached out this hand, it was shaking wildly. As the hand was an inch away from the dog, it leaped back. But this time, it moved more comfortably. Iron successfully touched Cerberus. The side head was waiting for him as well so he got both of his hands to pet the dog. He gradually rubbed their forehead and Cerberus smiled eventually. The two-headed dog would then carry Iron to Gabriel. As the three were close, they had a small chat.

"It is good to see you again."

"You, and the dog, glad to see you both too... Does this position weird you out?"

"Ah, do not worry, you are not the only one. By the way, did you fight under the earth?!"

"Yes, there was a distinct world beneath called The Underworld. I and Anubis, the guy with upwards pointy ears, was stuck there with the dog and Hades."

Iron was struck by a sudden tremor within his heart.

Gabriel continued, "I have to admit, Hades was clever. He stabbed me with this weapon that I cannot take it out. Thus holding me back."

"At least it cannot make you die. I was almost ripped if it was not for Anubis."

"Say, where did you get that shield? It seems special."

"I was gifted by one of my students. She said I was the worthy one. When I inquired where she got it, she stated she got it from... Where were we before?"

Iron had Gabriel confused at first.

"That matters not," Iron declared, "Now, this fight is between life and death. There will be blood and tears. Gabriel, you are the only one that I can rely on right now. If I die, you must run." Iron pointed at a great mountain far away, "There, you will be helped by two of my students."

Gabriel refused, "No! You will not die today!"

"But there is no way to stop a God..."

"THERE MUST BE!" Gabriel yelled.

Iron gave Gabriel disappointed eyes. Without any words, Gabriel felt the battle would be meaningless.

After a moment of silence, Iron expressed his thoughts, "Perhaps the season why The Underworld is here because... This is Sparta, the land of wars. I can tell that Hades gets stronger when there is more death."

"You have a point... Now, it looks like Anubis needs our help."

"I may go out there with Cerberus, but I feel obligated to help you. Now I ask, what do you do when you are stuck?"

"I could only shrink smaller to escape. But this..."

"Is that the only way? Think, Gabriel, what else can you do!" Iron urged Gabriel to recall.

"I... I can change into gas! But I am concerned about how to do it."

Iron told Cerberus to ride him closer so he could touch Gabriel's lifeless face, advising him to recollect everything he had experienced.

After a brief time, a gathering of pigeons frames the lambda letter flying by. As the brilliance of the Sun gradually ceased to exist, a gigantic tempest slid. Gabriel had entered the gaseous state. The sword of Hades had fallen out Gabriel.
