A Statue Too Precious For Me To Lose (2)

In the very center of the huge building was the statue that I saw in the photo yesterday.

But something was different. The red haze the statue was emitting was thicker than before.

Obviously, it wasn't like this when I checked the picture.

In other words, there was not much time left.

At that moment, a man approached me. He appeared to be really old.

"Thanks for visiting Holdridge like this."

At a glance, I realized that he was one of Holdridge's top five executives.

So I shook his proffered hand and returned his greetings.

"You're welcome. Thank you for inviting me here."

After the meeting in the living room of the Myongjin Shelter yesterday, my family members and Director Sok concluded that it would be better for us to maintain a good relationship with the Holdridge Group for now, aside from the matter of the statue.

So I conversed with him with a smile on my face.

A little later I stood in front of the statue emitting a red haze.
