This is quite worrying. I thought the boy was a simple Apostle of Lord Ira transported here as a test his worthiness and with a system to assist his growth as an Apostle. But what he did a while ago stopped the time for the entire Tower and even me. The only reason that I even feel the time stop is because of the Primordial energy that I have. But his system using Primordial energy for this means that it's not an Apostleship system like I assumed but rather a succession system.
And the presence of a succession system is quite worrying since this might be because of Lord Ira's demise. Of course this might just be a diversionary tactic of his, but if he is truly dead. Then my mother has lost a powerful ally. After all he was the leader of Primordial Sins. Thankfully, Enryu that disciple of Sea God can't notice this because of lack of any Primordial energy on him.
That Phantaminum guy was really pitiful, after reaching the true top of the Tower, he acted arrogantly in front of Enryu, the disciple of God himself. Honestly the real purpose of this Tower is just an entrance test for the position of a disciple of Sea God. And that guy pissed Enryu off, seriously Axis users might be powerful but they are in the end false cosmic beings and are only at their highest power in their own domain unlike true cosmic beings like Enryu and myself who are powerful in almost every dimension. Of course that guy died a miserable death because he refused Enryu's gesture of good faith when Enryu told him to get out of the Tower and that he won't be going onwards. (A/N: Yeah I don't care about rankings, nobody was able to gauge their power. Also their rankings are made up of many assumptions tbh. Honestly I feel Enryu's effortless destruction of 43rd floor much more impressive than Phantaminum's foray into Jahad's castle. So yeah Rank 1 in the Tower is already long dead.)
Enryu is a kind guy but I can't say what he would do if he finds out that that boy is Lord Ira's Apostle, after all Sea God and Lord Ira were antagonistic towards each other. I will just have to cover up his presence until he is decently powerful at least around Jahad and his warriors current level.
Oh looks like he is back. Time to do my job, I suppose. I am a hostage bound by contract after all.

I am back to the Tower.
And I feel a surge of energy entering me, which I suppose is Shinsu reinforcing my body even more. Headon welcomes me back, he seems satisfied? Is he satisfied that I became more powerful or what?
"Welcome back to the Tower," he says while bowing.
"Yeah yeah I have a few preparations to make before the test. They will probably take a while, maybe a week."

I get a lot of information about how to form the Shinsu Heart and a lot of knowledge about the techniques origins. This technique has 7 levels, each divided by grades. I can only practice till the 4th level currently because my affinity to Shinsu is only Perfect. Apparently this manual was formed by taking inspiration from Beings of Shinsu that I call administrators, their Shinsu affinity is Immortal grade one level higher than me. And that along with them having Shinsu hearts allow them to dominate Shinsu in the floors. The seven levels or Seven Grades of Shinsu Hearts are
1) Initial Grade
2) Intermediate Grade
3) Advanced Grade
4) Perfect Grade
5) Immortal Grade
6) Eternal Grade
7) God Grade
I assume that Enryu who created this technique should at least have an Eternal Grade heart since he easily defied the administrator and effortlessly killed him. Wow just wow. This technique is really perfection honestly. Anyway enough fanboying. Let's form the heart.
I sit down on the ground like a cultivator and start controlling the shinsu as it's recorded in the book. Shinsu control is easy for Irregulars to be honest with their blessings and all. After 30 minutes of cultivation, I feel I am starting to dominate my surroundings with Shinsu. And then there's pop sound from my body. And my Shinsu Heart has been formed, I then feel a large amount of energy feeling my body. I also feel that I can dominate my surrounding Shinsu.

I suppose adding Stands has a benefit too. I can feel my brain act much much faster than before. I guess I should quickly practice my spearmenship and get it to level 50 if this state is temporary.
I then start practicing and quickly reached level 50 in spearmenship, it was faster than before. I can't tell the time though in this place. It's always dark after all. Anyway I find out that my increased speed of thought and extra ideas are going to be permanent thing. Maybe this Stand was the reason for Dio's genius research in Jojo? Honestly can't tell.
'A.I. Chip are there any limitations in for much time, I can stop time with my Stand?'
