Zes's P.O.V

It's not helping. The pain subsided a bit but it is returning. I stroke his fur, thats all I can do, I can't hug him, I can't talk to him, I can't kiss him, I can't just stay by his side.

Then I remember how I fought with him for no reason. I hadn't even had a normal day ever since I became the Queen. At first, we were fine then I fought with him because of Zach, and then when I was trying to make up to him I got a call from Dominic, and then we had problems, problems.

I didn't even notice the tears flowing down my face. I could bite him hoping things would be better but the doctor says that since he is already in the critical stage your venom might and might not help. I sigh and take a sharp breath as I felt pain inside me increase.

'Zes let's shift' Zene's strained voice ordered me.

'No' I reply back, I can't let her take full control over me, especially when I am in heat.
