As Kushida Kikyou finished her evaluation, Fang Li's expression suddenly became somewhat weird.

"What happened?" Kushida Kikyou asked in surprise.

Fang Li only laughed and shook his head. "No, nothing," he said. "I just heard the most impossible evaluation in my life, and it feels a little refreshing."

Horikita Suzune walked into the classroom with her school bag and took her seat without a sound.

"If you admit that you're a good person, maybe you'll be more welcome," the sentence was clearly directed at Fang Li.

"Horikita-san!"

When Kushida Kikyou noticed Horikita Suzune entering the room, her eyes brightened, and She was about to greet her, but Horikita Suzune cut her off.

"I'm not a good person."

Horikita Suzune took out a book from her bag and spoke to Kushida Kikyou without looking up.

"So, I didn't plan on catering to your interests or making friends with you."

Kushida Kikyou stopped in her tracks, and her expression became embarrassed. The classmates whispered as they saw this interaction.

"Isn't she saying too much?"

"Kushida-san is also a kind person..."

In Class 1-D, both boys and girls whispered like this.

It was understandable that the gentle and kind Kushida Kikyou was closer to everyone in the class than Horikita Suzune, who had a high-pressure rejection attitude. But at this moment, the atmosphere between Horikita Suzune and Kushida Kikyou was really bad.

Ayanokoji Kiyotaka rescued Kushida Kikyou in a bland tone. "It's almost time for class. Shouldn't you return to your seat before the teacher arrives?"

As if on cue, the class bell rang just as Ayanokoji Kiyotaka finished speaking.

Kushida Kikyou responded.

"Then I'll go back to my seat first." She put a smile back on her face and said to Fang Li and Horikita Suzune, "Nanaya-san, Horikita-san, let's talk again next time."

After that, Kushida Kikyou returned to her seat.

One by one, the rest of the class returned to their seats. The atmosphere in the classroom had changed slightly after a recent incident. Specifically, they all leaned towards Kushida Kikyou's side, creating an invisible barrier between Fang Li, Horikita Suzune, and Ayanokoji Kiyotaka's group.

It was evident that the class had isolated Fang Li, Horikita Suzune, and Ayanokouji Kiyotaka's group, considering them incompatible with the class. Ayanokouji Kiyotaka was unhappy with this and asked, "Am I implicated?"

Despite not doing anything excessively and trying to make friends, Ayanokouji Kiyotaka was rejected by the class. Fang Li tried to reassure him by saying, "Don't worry. At least, I'm in the same boat as you."

Although Fang Li did not intend to cater to anyone or make any friends, his behavior was remarkable. He was faultless, yet still rejected by the class.

Horikita Suzune's strict requirements of herself and her self-confidence to do better than her peers led her to believe that she did not need to rely on others. She stated, "The school is a place to learn and grow, not a place for social games. The need to stay in touch with others to maintain their own existence is nothing more than the performance of immaturity. If a person can do anything, there is no need to communicate with others."

This statement summed up Horikita Suzune's reasons for rejecting Kushida Kikyou. However, others will perceived it as arrogance and a sense of superiority. Fang Li commented, "So that's how it is. You have quite the high opinion of yourself huh?"

Horikita Suzune reacted strongly, asking Fang Li what does he mean by that. Fang Li ignored her sharp line of sight and replied, "I don't care. For you, other people's evaluation is nothing but a whisper. Didn't you say that?"

Indeed, Horikita Suzune did not care about other people's evaluation. Fang Li concluded the conversation by saying, "You just keep living in your own world, Ojou-sama," and then took out his textbook, signaling the end of the topic.

Looking at such Fang Li, Horikita Suzune frowned as if she wanted to rebut or make an excuse, but eventually gave up. She glanced at Fang Li before coldly snorting and telling him not to go too far.

Ayanokouji Kiyotaka had been watching from the beginning and could sense the tense atmosphere between Fang Li and Horikita Suzune. He let out a long sigh, realizing that his school life was turning out worse than he imagined.

"And this is just the beginning," he thought.
