Leon went to the side of the Town Hall and began to seriously look at the surrounding terrain.

Confirming the construction of the Barracks and the Army camp would add the third and fourth building to Autumnvale. At the same time, the building was crucial for allowing Leon to gain more troops.

Leon then reached into his inventory, he retrieved two cards, each pulsating with arcane energy. With a mischievous glint in his eye, he tossed them to the ground before him, the cards landing with a soft thud.

A chuckle escaped Leon's lips as he watched the cards release their power, summoning forth streams of data that danced before his eyes. "Every time I do this, I feel like I'm going to have a duel using Yu-Gi-Oh cards," he remarked with a hint of amusement, a nostalgic smile playing at the corners of his mouth.

As the data streams coalesced and solidified, two structures materialized before him: a barracks and an army camp, their outlines taking shape amidst the forest backdrop.

Leon surveyed the newly summoned structures with a sense of satisfaction. The Barracks is a square building with a sloped red roof with a small window and door-less entryway. The roof is emblazoned with a pair of crossed swords. The building itself resembles a larger Builder's Hut, but with various differences. The swords on the roof symbolize the Barbarian, unlocked at this level. A small window is carved in the stone wall while the Army Camp is just a large open grassy area with a cooking fire in the center.

The barracks seemed to have an area of 1,080 square feet and was about 9 feet high while the army camp was about the area of 215 square feet.

Achoo!!

Sneezing sounds were heard, which startled Leon.

Is someone in there?

Leon eyed the place. He knew that his ears were not playing tricks on him.

Those were obvious sneezing sounds, this meant that there were people in the building.

A voice then resonated from within the newly constructed structure.

"I swear, the dust in here is terrible. Those barbarians should have cleaned it," a man's voice grumbled, punctuated by the sound of footsteps approaching the barracks' entrance.

Leon's brow furrowed in confusion as five men emerged from within, their attire adorned in light blue hooded cloaks and leather belts with gold buckles. Their gray pointed boots clattered against the ground as they stepped forward, their sleeves rolled up, revealing brown clothes underneath. They also have a goatee and thick eyebrows.

"Why are they here?" Leon murmured to himself, his mind racing to comprehend their unexpected presence.

As the men exited the barracks, their eyes met Leon's, and they immediately changed their course, striding purposefully towards him. With practiced precision, they brought their right hands to their chests in a salute before addressing him respectfully.

"Greetings, Lord Leon," the leader of the group spoke, his voice firm yet respectful. "My Name is Wiz, me and my four companions are here to assist you my lord in safeguarding Autumnvale."

"T-This is?... What is happening?" Leon question then as if on cue a dialogue box materialized before him.

[ Keep Your Village Safe:

Have a barracks and army camp at the village: Done

Reward: Wizards x5 ]

[ Note: These wizards are the ones that was given to players when they made a new account in the game ]

"I see, so they were the wizards that is use for the tutorial huh" Leon's surprise lingered, but he nodded in acknowledgment, recognizing the value of their presence. With the Wizards by his side, Autumnvale's defenses would be further fortified, ensuring the safety and prosperity of its people.

"Welcome to Autumnvale," Leon replied. The smile on his face was unmistakable. He asked, "Are there only five of you in the barracks?"

"Indeed, My Lord." Wiz nodded.

One of them quickly said, "My lord if you want to recruit some troops you will need to go inside the barracks and there you will see a stone tablet where you can recruit troops."

"Is that so?." Leon nodded.

Intrigued by the sight within the barracks, Leon stepped inside, his gaze sweeping over the array of swords, training dummies, and the circular platform at the center. A book stand caught his eye, atop which rested a stone tablet adorned with ancient runes.

Hum~

With a sense of curiosity, Leon reached out and touched the stone tablet, causing it to glow with a faint, ethereal light. As he did so, a panel materialized in the stone tablet, displaying a detailed image of a barbarian, along with information regarding its summoning capacity and the resources required to summon it. There also other troops in it but all of them are shaded in grey.

[ Army] [ Train troops ] [ Brew Spells ]

[ 𖨆 = 0/20 ]

Available troop: [ Barbarian - 5 elixir ]

[ Elixir - 0/1,000 ] [ Gems - 420 ]

Leon studied the panel intently, absorbing the information it presented.

"How the hell am I going to be able to recruit now when I don't have even have any elixir ha ha" Leon awkwardly laugh as he shook his head. After studying the panel he then stepped out of the barracks.

Leon's gaze then fell upon the five wizards who stood waiting outside. He approached them, his voice carrying the weight of authority as he issued his command.

"You five," Leon began, his tone firm yet commanding, "I want you to make your way to the ruin castle and find Kael. He will add you to the patrol teams alongside the archers and the barbarians."

The wizards nodded in understanding, their expressions resolute as they prepared to carry out their lord's orders. With a collective salute, they turned and began their journey towards the ruin castle.

Leon watched them depart, a sense of pride swelling within him.

"All right I should go back to work now then." Leon said. At the moment, the most important thing was to have all four standard houses constructed.

He then moved 32 feet in a straight line toward the direction of the east. He went by the Town hall, the Barracks, and the Army camp.

He finally stopped moving when he was at his destination.

"All right," Leon nodded slightly as he retrieve 4 cards at his inventory. "This ought to be the location."

The four Standard Village houses appeared out of nowhere as soon as he throw the 4 cards. Massive data streams started to spiral and entwine with one another. It was only a matter of seconds until the buildings came to life.

Stone was used to construct the walls and foundations perfectly, with a thickness of roughly eleven inches.

The buildings appeared secure as well.

Every building had a sloping top. To stop rainwater overflow, the roofs were built using evenly dried hardwood components.

A straight row of the four houses was formed by their proximity to one another.

The homes faced south and were located in the east. The doors opened toward the pond, which stood between The Barracks and Town Hall.

The street was the 32 feet that Leon had traveled.

The dwellings were not separated by any fissures. The way the walls were constructed, it appeared as though there was just one building instead of the four. One could have easily made their way through all four of the residences if a ladder had been propped up against the wall leading to the roof.

That's how it was built for safety purposes. Leon had considered every angle.

The forces manning the buildings could now simply retreat outdoors to the 32-foot street in the event of a massive enemy assault. They were able to make formations and firmly guard the street by utilizing the buildings on both sides.

He could shut down the street on both ends with his forces.

A small group of barbarians wielding their swords can provide a sufficient force to effectively and steadily hold the area.

As for the archers they could used the nine-foot-tall wall as a view position by standing atop the roofs. This allowed them to reinforce their teammates who were laboriously closing off both ends of the roadway and to aim and fire accurately at opponents approaching from both directions.

The advantage of the topography allowed the troops to easily resist the enemy, even if they were able to get near enough to the roofs for close-quarters combat.

The arrangement created a fortress's initial framework.

"But why does it seem like a standard house is better than the townhall?"
