1 Island building

In a stormy night there was a young man who's reading a novel in his computer. His name was Arthur Ironheart even though his family name was cringe it's a reasonable family name. His father comes from a militaristic family so he was hopeful that his son would be a soldier like him. Although Arthur was trained to be a soldier he didn't want to be a soldier.

As Arthur was looking at his computer he saw an email. He clicked the email and saw a sentence.

[would you like to have an adventure?

Yes/No]

Although the email was suspicious Arthur still click Yes. After a second he blink but all he could see was darkness 'am I dead?' Arthur thought. He was experiencing things after death Arthur didn't know how he died but all he could see was darkness it feels as if he was floating.

As Arthur was thinking of things an interface appeared in front of him. It seems it's making him have a choice again. Although he didn't know how Arthur suspect's the email that he received. Arthur look at the interface.

When Arthur saw this he thought 'what was the use of this?' suddenly a cold mechanical voice replied.

(This will be your technology tree on the another world.)

"Wha.. Who the fuck are you"Arthur panicked. If someone was on his place they would panicked too. What do you expect when your on a dark space and someone just spoke to you.

(System is your System Host)

"You mean the System in the novels that assist main characters to adapt in a new world"

(If you think of it that way System is Host helper on another world)

"Ohhhh… haha I'm lucky very lucky to think I would have a System. Does that mean I'm a protagonist"

Arthur chuckled. He quickly accepted his new life although he doesn't know what will happen to his family. He knows that they will be sad, if a time comes that Arthur would be able to return he would take his parents with him. After confirming his resolve Arthur asked.

"System what kind of world do I transmigrated"

(Host is in System's space. As long as Host pick a civilization technology tree Host will be transferred into the world. System will guide host to build his own civilization. And the answer of Host question is The world that Host will be transferred will be undergoing an evolution. Although it's a Evolution 25% of the humanity would become a man-eating monsters)

When Arthur heard this he was shocked because he knew he would be transferred in a world that was similar to the zombie apocalypse novel that he read. Arthur was thinking of what civilization technology tree he should pick, after minute he finally made a choice.

"System I pick HALO" although Arthur wants to pick warhammer40k technology tree he can't just pick it. Warhammer40k is a universe full of OP things but what made it OP is the universe that it lives in. So he pick HALO although he pick HALO that doesn't mean he will name his civilization like UNSC. What he wants to name his civilization Imperium of Man. He will be someone like the Emperor although the government is the same with democratic nations, he is the Emperor trying to rebel is Heresy.

Arthur really wanted to say this word.

Arthur saw the message on his interface at that moment a light shined after a moment later Arthur was on a island. He asked the system where he is.

"System where am I"

(Host you are 2000km west of Hawaii. This will be your starting island the island size is 10km radius with a circular shape. There is no beach all that exist are cliffs around the island)

"So this is my island" Arthur was happy but before he did anything he asked a serious question.

"System are we safe from nations right now?"

(Host can feel free to build on this island, System has block all interferance of the outside world and System would like to remind Host that there is a month left before evolution)

"Ok so how can I build anything?" Arthur asked although it will be like the novels that he read. Arthur likes to asked the system.

(Host can say or think of the interface. The interface would appear automatically)

"Oh.. okay" Arthur closes his eyes and thinks about the interface after opening his eyes the interface appeared.

As Arthur saw the interface he was excited so he asked the System.

"System how do I build these buildings. there should be a price right?"

(It seems that Host is smart. The price that Host is talking about is True energy but Host doesn't have the ability to extract true energy. System suggest that Host should build the main building. All of the main buildings are free since they would be the foundation of your civilization)

"It seems that I would build the main buildings first"

As Arthur looking at the interface he saw a map button. He clicked the button and saw the whole island when Arthur saw the island he was amazed it was a perfect circle. Arthur clicked the main buildings and the 6 buildings appeared.

[Command center: this will be the center of your civilization protect it well]

[Grinder: It is a prototype of the Undo. it will only Undo solid things]

[Human Resources: this will spawn humans under your civilization. Human Resources can only have 5 Human machine that would spawn 10 humans a day. The gender would be 50:50 and all of them are above ordinary looks]

[Military Base: this will be the spear and shield of your civilization]

[Research center: this will improve the technology tree of HALO]

[Market: buy things]

When Arthur read the description of the buildings. he was excited he opened his map and put the command center on the center of the island. The grinder on the north. The military base on the south. The Human Resources on the east. Industry such as farming would be on the west. After putting all the buildings a light shined on the island after a moment the light stopped shining.

Arthur looked at the center of the island he could see a massive majestic dome. When he opened the map he saw the radius of the dome is 3km which means it's takes up 1/3 of the island. When he check the buildings Arthur saw the grinder which looks like a building with a big hole which spans 2km in diameter. He look at the Human Resources and Military Base. It looks ordinary but on all this buildings he could see black futuristic lighting.

Arthur went to check the command center first, although there were 6 buildings. 2 of them which were the research center and market belongs to the command center. As Arthur saw the command center he was at daze it was different from afar its height was 100m which is tall. He look at the black paint and futuristic lighting but what caught his attention was the name of the base [Imperium of Man]

It was in crimson color with an outline of gold which stands out with black.

Arthur went inside the command center and it looks like a hall with many futuristic device and the hologram of earth at the center. While Arthur was checking every room he found the biggest room with the word of command on the top of the metal door. When he entered he feels like it was from a movie cinema but it was bigger and all of the chairs had individual computers. After checking the command center he went to the Human Resources there were 50 people waiting outside the building when they saw Arthur they lined up and began to salute. When Arthur saw this he knew he has to act the part of the Emperor.

"You are the first personnel of the Imperium so I expect you to run the Imperium, your are the leaders. the first personnel so pick a job" Arthur said with a cold majestic voice.

"Sir.. yes sir" all of them spoke together and scrambled they can't stand his aura so they left and to do their job.

After seeing the 50 people left Arthur sighed.

"It feels good to be an Emperor"

Arthur opened the interface of the Human Resources.

Arthur saw there was only one building branch in the Human Resources. He built 5 Residential Buildings each of the building can host 1000 people.

After finishing the business in the Human Resources Arthur went to the south where the Military Base was built. When he saw the military base in person it looks very cool. Arthur look at the interface of the military base.

After looking at the branch buildings. Arthur built the airforce base and the heavy factory. He clicked the heavy factory interface and saw the two words.

Arthur clicked the Air. Aircrafts were useful in the apocalypse when Arthur saw the aircraft that can be built he was amazed.

When Arthur saw this he really wants to build it. So Arthur spam the build button but only two could be built since there is no true energy left.

Arthur look around the sea and saw an island with a diameter of 1km he remembered some idea that he read on the novels. So he asked the system.

"System do I have a space?"

(Host means System's space. The system space can store anything regardless of weight but it has a limit on how long or big the object is. The level 1 system can store only 1km in diameter of the object and only 50m deep)

"Ohohoh" Arthur grinned while chuckling. it seems his ideas was possible. Arthur was looking right at the small island. But he didn't know that the system notice him.

(Host can't be thinking that right. No… Host really is thinking that idea)

While Arthur observes the island the two Pelicans were built. Arthur asked the system to pilot the Pelican to the island. After getting to the island Arthur didn't step on it Arthur focuses his mind and the island was surrounded by light. After a while it disappeared Arthur saw on the space That there was a floating island. Arthur asked the system to bring him to the grinder. The Pelican flew through the island and hovered on top of the grinder.

When Arthur saw the grinder he was amazed. The grinder was like a 20m building but at the center there was a 2km diameter hole. After the Pelican was on top of the hole Arthur released the island and a whole island appeared but the island falls into the hole. A moment later Arthur was beginning to receive a notification about the true energy.

Arthur return to the command center on sunset he went into his Emperor's bedroom on the top floor of the command center. Arthur could see the island from the room. Before Arthur could sleep the System talked to him.

(Host you can now upgrade to System level 2)

When Arthur heard this he was excited but before he said to upgrade he ask the price.

"What's the price for the upgrade"

(The price of the upgrade is 500 true energy Host balance is 1100 true energy)

Arthur was shocked when he heard his own true energy after thinking about it. Arthur agreed.

"System authorize update"

(Authorization accepted)

After seeing the system upgrading Arthur went to sleep.
