Die A Person

The truck ride to Hudson was long, and dull. No radio signal, so they couldn't listen to any music. Plus, even if they could, the noise would attract all the zombies, as if they're weren't enough already. Other than shuffling corpses, all that was seen on the road were wrecked vehicles and burning buildings. It really did look like something out of the apocalypse.

Guillermo sighed as he stared out the window. He wished that everything would go back to normal. No zombies, no cannibals, none of that. Both Greg and Guillermo were loners, they avoided people like they were zombies way before they knew an infection had spread. Now that the infection has gone global... "I kinda miss people," he said.

Matthew was holding Greg's phone in case he got any messages from Connor. He checked it again to see if anything came in, and it did. Another message from Jay, or Connor. 'Go to her old soccer field and find her jersey... she was big into soccer,' it said.
