Chapter Eleven

Elliot let his hand graze over the huge painting he had moved from the living room to his room.

The room he has spent his childhood in. Elliot detested the villa more than anywhere in life, it houses haunting memories he would give up any day for anything and yet, here he was in the same villa, packing in for no reason.

When their grandfather had called for a meeting, he first wondered what could be the reason and had arrived first in the house taking his time to walk round the house, noting how nothing has changed over the past 17 years. That was before he stumbled upon the meeting that had started in his absence. Of course he was always the insignificant one in the family.
