It took Diedrich about 20 minutes to sprint back. Normally it would have taken him at least 30 minutes but with his strengthened body he was able to reduce it by about 10 MINUTES!!!'.

Diedrich was slightly worried that the volunteers would run into goblin's, however he had told them the direction where he thought the goblin lair was so they should have avoided it.

When Diedrich arrived at the designated area a look of bewilderment came across his face. There were people, A LOT OF PEOPLE.

Diedrich expected there to be a hundred people but the amount he saw was at least five times as much. the people that were there saw Diedrich and quickly a smile appeared on their faces, a few girls from the group came to him and asked "Are you Diedrich'', Diedrich nodded, and they smiled even more brilliantly and said, "The searching party told me to relay to you, that they would be back in about twenty minutes".

Diedrich was astonished, they hadn't found all the people yet, he had only left for about a bit more than a hour, how many people had fled in the trees, and the searching party was only 40 people, how was it possible to find this many people?

The girl saw Diedrich's expression and knew what he was thinking and told him that many people who were found by the searching party joined in the search, speeding up the progress considerably.

Diedrich was shocked again and asked how many people were helping and she estimated around 200, Diedrich gulped and tightly shut his mouth to stop it from dropping in a O.

Diedrich waited for fifteen minutes and the groups from the search party had all returned; they returned with an extra 100 people. Diedrich was surprised as he thought it would take longer, George who had taken the role as leader of the search party said that they couldn't find any more people in the vicinity I had told them and they returned early.

Diedrich never expected them to be able to actually go through the entire vicinity however with the help of all the others he guessed it was possible. Diedrich then looked at the group in front of him, excluding the search party, there were about 700 people here, if you'd combine them with the people he had already helped previously the total would be around 900 people. Diedrich was again astonished.

He was reassured to know that the number of casualties was much smaller then he had originally thought, although he still felt for the people who had perished, his thinking was that over half had been decimated, however now it looked like only around 30 percent.

Diedrich then checked to make sure everyone from the searching party was back, and took them to the other survivors at the edge of the forest. It took them a bit longer than before as the group was larger but the trip went smoothly. While bringing the survivors Diedrich also checked to see if he could find Emma and Sophie however there was no luck and he could only hope they were safe.

It was now a few hours after dark and everyone became tired, although they wanted to sleep, people were afraid that they would be suddenly attacked and no one except a few careless people fell asleep.

During the night nothing unexpected happened and more and more people couldn't hold on and fell asleep getting relief from the day's mental stress.

Weirdly enough Diedrich never felt tired, he thought it might have to do with his strengthened body or the possibility that goblins could pop up at any moment and murder him.

A Lot of people went to Diedrich and tried to talk to him during the night, trying to start conversations, however Diedrich only spoke short sentences back, making them all end pretty soon.

Embarrassed of not being able to hold a conversation, Diedrich acted as if he was sleeping, while he contemplated within himself, "How can I best leave this group?"

Although Diedrich had helped them and was sort of seen as their leader, he didn't want to lead them. Not to mention that he was an introvert, he also wanted to explore and adventure on his own.

Eventually Diedrich had decided that when daybreak came he would just tell a few people that he would be leaving, he felt like that was the most decent thing he could do. Diedrich also had thought of plans in which he could defeat goblins and decided that he would go after groups of common goblins.

Day break came and it immediately started to rain for 10 minutes, Diedrich thought it was strange. Everyone who had fallen asleep was awoken by a cold shower.

Diedrich felt it was time and went to George who was with a small group of people from the searching party from yesterday and said he would leave.

George: "????"

They didn't understand why Diedrich would leave, didn't he make this group and wasn't it safer being with more people.

They tried to persuade Diedrich however he adamantly refused, Diedrich had only helped them as he believed it was the right thing to do, and now that he had told them everything he knew about, they should be able to fend for themselves.

Unable to persuade Diedrich, they thanked him for his help and Diedrich disappeared into the forest.

Diedrich, thinking gaining points and strength would help with his survival, wanted to upgrade again as soon as possible so he quickly went deeper into the forest.

After walking for an hour he finally found a goblin, it was a common one so he easily killed it.

Diedrich heard the notification and frowned. He thought it was too slow, Diedrich had been walking around the perimeter of the dome for the past hour to see if he could find any goblins however he felt that it was too slow so he decided to head deeper inside the forest.

Once closer to the lair he immediately found two warrior goblins traveling together. Diedrich felt confident that he could defeat them however he wanted to be cautious and decided to first eliminate one from a distance.

Diedrich slowly took the spear off his back and raised it, then when the two goblin warriors weren't looking he launched the spear with full force at the one at the right.

The goblin was hit in its stomach, and fell to the ground in pain, although it wasn't dead it was losing large amounts of blood and its end was near.

The other goblin looked at its compatriot bleeding to death with confusion, as though it hadn't had enough time to register that they were being attacked, but that quickly changed when Diedrich revealed himself to the goblin and charged at him.

The goblin warrior angered that its compatriot was dying, also charged at Diedrich. The warrior goblin threw his fist wanting to crush Diedrich's head.

Diedrich was expecting the goblin to react this way, and wanted to test his new strength so he also punched out with his fist. The fists collided and both froze in the air but soon Diedrich's arm was pushed back, Diedrich knew now that he had overestimated himself he wasn't as strong as a goblin warrior.

Diedrich quickly took two steps back and got out the two knives he had on him, and fought the goblin, although he wasn't as strong as a warrior goblin he was faster added with his upgraded body he was easily able to stab the goblin and avoid its punches after a few minutes it was dead.

The goblin warrior who had been struck by the spear had also died due to blood loss and as Diedrich was walking to the dead goblin to retrieve his spear he listened to the messages in his head.

Diedrich smiled and thought this pace was faster and continued hunting. After 4 hours Diedrich had gathered a whopping 30 extra points, he had killed 6 warrior goblins and 18 normal goblins, he found out that most warrior goblins were surrounded by 2-3 normal goblins, Diedrich had also encountered some luck and found a group of 5 regular goblins which he easily decimated.

From the entire hunt Diedrich only suffered one small cut on his leg from the group of 5 regular goblins, because he acted carelessly.

During the hunt Diedrich noticed that it became increasingly difficult to find small groups of goblins, and that most goblins traveled around in large groups which Diedrich had to avoid.

He even saw a group with 10 spear goblins followed by at least a hundred common goblins and had to sneakily retreat and go in another direction to avoid them, wasting a lot of time.

However Diedrich actually spent most of his time scouting for lone targets, as the battles actually didn't take that long with the longest being about 10 minutes.

Although Diedrich felt discouraged that finding small groups was getting rarer, looking at his points he felt a source of motivation and continued searching.
