Prologue

A male Qên body falls onto the sand as blood leaks out of its throat. The killer licks the blood off of his blade as he relishes in the kill.

"Another successful raid on a tribe to report back to the chief. It's a shame they refused the invitation to join us" the killer says to himself.

The murderous Qên looks up from the dead body to see the entire tribe on fire. The entire oasis the clan has built around is filled with blood. Women and children aren't being spared as the invading forces cut them down like animals. A third Qên in battle-torn hide armor walks near the Qên as he is taking in the atmosphere,

"Captain! The entire camp is under our control, and the Chief wishes to know of our progress shall I tell him of our success?".

The captain looks over to the soldier with a grin, "Yes tell him that they denied our invitation." The captain throws out his hand to the grunt as if to receive something. "Are there any new orders as well?".

The soldier gets down on one knee and hands a scroll to the captain. The captain takes the scroll and unravels it. The soldier looks at his captain in anticipation, "What are the new orders, sir?"

The captain looks away from the paper to the north and says "We move to the human borders."
