Trainer Ticket

It has been a week since Rai left his mindscape. He was surprised to know that he had only spent close to 10 hours in front of the waterfall. Another one of those unexplainable things related to him. These things have really started to pile up of late.

He has since then returned back to his house in Kumo. He has stepped up the intensity of his training sessions gaining quite a few raised eyebrows from his family. Rai paid it no heed and just continued on with his thing. Rai is now standing on top of the biggest mountain overlooking the village. He has found this place best suited to be able to calm himself. His mind still reeling about what happened that day and about the notification he received immediately after.

[Hidden Quest Completed]

[Never give up. Never Surrender. Heart of a Tyrant.]

[Reward – Primordial Blood Awakened – All Stats +100, 1x Upgrade Ticket]

No matter how much Rai tries, he just can't seem to get his head around it. How is this Primordial Blood related to what he saw back then? Is this related at all?

'Arghh. Fuck it. I can get the answers I need when I'm strong enough. No use moping about it.'

'System, show me my Status.'

'That was one serious power up. I can quite possibly take on Jonin Rank ninjas with ease now. My physical parameters can already match Grandpa and Father. And they're supposed to be the strongest when it comes to Taijutsu in the world as of now.

(AN: Guy is still kinda young, so i'm not considering him as of yet)

But I am still lacking. I do not have even close to enough experience fighting against humans. I can't expect my spars with grandpa to give me what I lack. He will always hold back on delivering a fatal or crippling blow to me. I need to get out of the village and fight for real.'

'I want to get to the level where Madara was at when it comes to battle awareness and senses. The way he dances through the battlefield rampant and without equal. Twisting necks like he's opening a bottle cap. Beauti.. Ok that's kind of disturbing to want to do that.'

'But the fact is that I am way too weak as I am now. I am at the 9th stage of the Sky Profound Realm. That is basically the equivalent of an Elite Jonin in terms of chakra before I received the bloodline boost. Now, my chakra is almost rivalling that of a Tailed Beast. And yet I was struggling for my life against Jonin ranked beasts. That is way too pathetic. It's simply unacceptable.'

'I suppose this is exactly what happened to Naruto as well, he had all that Chakra in him but had no idea how to use it. Eventually he just started spamming clones. But that does not cut it.'

[DING]

[Special Offer in Store]

[Trainer Ticket x1 (D) – 100K]

Rai was surprised at this offer. The last time something like this popped up when he desperately wanted to save his grandpa's life. Now, it makes an appearance again.

'System, Explain what the Trainer ticket is?'

[Trainer Ticket provides you someone who can train you in combat. It is usable in the White Room where you can spar with your Trainer]

'But the D rank is kind of low, would I not be better off with Grandpa and father.'

'How long can I train with them for?'

[The Trainer will disappear after it is deemed that he/she has nothing else to teach you.]

Rai was thinking about he should take it or not. The 100K is negligible for him now since he has access to the Dungeon and since he's planning on going out of the village from now on. Wait?

'System can I use the Upgrade ticket on it?'

[Yes. You can host. It will upgrade to an EX Ranked Trainer Ticket if you do so.]

'Buy it. And then use the Upgrade Ticket on it as well.'

[Purchase Complete. Using Upgrade Ticket. Upgrading Complete.]

'So, how do I use this? And who is supposed to be my trainer?'

[Trainers are randomly selected host. The hosts current requirements and needs are also taken into account in the selection. Please head to the White Room to use the ticket and find out the rest for yourself Host.]

'I can only wait for tomorrow then. I wonder who I'll get.'

Rai can't help but feel excited. Here he was lamenting his lack of real battle experience and the solution just falls on his lap. He feels slightly conflicted that he still has to depend on the system for everything. But eventually he just decides to go with it, he is not in any position to be picky about what methods to take in order to gain strength.

'For now, I think I'll go and speak to Grandpa and Father about allowing me to go outside the village to do missions.'

Rai heads back home to find his Father and Grandpa arguing over something. They stop when they see Rai entering.

"Grandpa, Father, I have a request." – Rai asks with seriousness

"What is it?" – Father asks curiously

"I want to head outside the village. I am strong enough now to protect myself. I want to hone myself and experience the world on my own." – Rai

"You're only 7 years old Rai. Why are you so desperate to gain strength?" - Father mutters

"Sigh. We knew this was going to happen sooner or later. We had already decided to let you do just that after you finished with the Training in Genbu Island. We were just waiting for you to ask." – Grandpa

Rai was expecting to have to argue for his case but surprisingly they seem to be okay with this.

"Thanks Grandpa." – Rai

"Don't get your hopes up just yet. You can go but you aren't allowed to go alone. You'll be going with Darui, C and Samui. I'm also promoting you to Genin rank for now. But you will have to listen to Darui's instructions to the letter. Only if you're okay with this will I allow you to head outside." - Father

This works too. Darui had recently been promoted to Jonin Rank and he is someone with loads of experience, not to mention he even participated in the war.

"No Problem. I will listen to him." – Rai

"Also, once you start going out, you will start getting recognized. Even if they don't know that you're my son. They'll at least become suspicious of your identity. They will definitely be able to connect the dots and figure out some kind of relation you have with me and your grandfather. The fact that you'll be going directly under Darui's team, your age, and that you haven't been seen going to the ninja academy will put you in the spotlight. You best be prepared for that as well." – Father

"That's fine as well. This was bound to happen sooner or later." – Rai

"Good then. I'll have your head gear and armor sent to you tomorrow." – Father

"Thanks Father." – Rai

The next day, the first thing Rai did was to go into the White Room to see who would be his so called instructor. He was really looking forward to this and hoping that he'd get someone who can really teach him how to fight.

He went in and used the ticket after taking it out of the inventory. The surroundings changed and he now stood in a gladiator arena. In front of him, he sees his instructor calmly observing him.

Rai recognized the person in front of him, he felt his blood pumping in excitement but also had a deep sense of dread. He knows for sure, that the person in front of his can help him get better, in fact this is the best kind of scenario that Rai could hope for. But, he also knows that he'll be beaten to within an inch of his life everyday from now on.
