The Brave Usopp.

"What about the captain?. He's taking too long." One of the children grumbles.

"Yeah, so is Luffy." Zoro is restless, I can see that, even if he doesn't show it.

While we waited for Luffy and Ussop, I was thinking of a method to face the Black Cat pirates, I only have a record of Kuro and Jango, even though they are not so complex, it is still better than having none. Jango's is mostly useful.

I hear one of the children screaming, changing my vision for them, I see Usopp running towards us. Nami tries to call him, but Usopp ignored her and kept running in some direction.

The children were talking in a corner, so I approached Zoro and Nami.

The children then took us where Usopp always goes when he is upset. Nami managed to find Luffy lying on the cliff, the children seeing Luffy's body, shuddered and thought he was dead. But I soon heard the snoring sound, so I knew that Luffy was fine, Zoro seemed to have heard it too, because he poked Luffy's ass to wake him up. Luffy being a Rubber Man, he doesn't get hurt in a fall.

As soon as we exchange words, and climb the cliff again, Luffy begins to tell us what had happened. Even if I prepare myself, whether mentally or in tactics, I still feel that it is not enough.

Halfway down the road, we met Usopp, who, speaking to the children, said that the pirates were his lie. After looking at the children, I could see that they were very upset with him, no ... They were unhappy with Usopp. I can understand, in their view Ussop lied for honor, but this time for them, Usopp lied for revenge.

Of course, we believed in Luffy, even though Usopp begged him saying it was a lie, we wouldn't believe it until Luffy said it was a lie. As the children walked away, I couldn't help but see Usopp's sad face. For every action there is a consequence, because he lies so much, people stopped believing his words. But that's why Luffy accepted him, even though nobody believed him, Usopp is willing to stand up to protect them, that's why he has my respect.

We left the place and went to the sea, where Nami used a medical kit to clean and stop the wound on Usopp's arm. It was now dark, the Black Cat pirates had a few hours to attack.

"Tell me, why did you do that?" I see Luffy ask Usopp. I pay attention to your conversation, even though my focus is elsewhere (Secret).

"It is because I am a liar." Usopp looked lonely. I remembered my previous life, when I was abandoned by my friends.

"I don't risk my life just out of pity." That got me .... But it's true, Luffy never risked his life, or that of the crew out of pity, there was always some event that pulled him to meet someone, and then that person gains his recognition ... So he saves them , not out of pity.
