"Today is day two of the tournament, today we will have a total of 96 matches after winning your match, don't go home as you will be participating in another match... now, let's see who will be participating in the first match." The announcer roared while the crowd cheered, looking forward to the next match.

"What's this, the first match is Zero vs The 4 Arms King. To think after ending it yesterday, Zero would be stepping forward to start its day." the announcer said while the two people stepped forward

"you have to admit, yesterday's final wasn't as impressive as the other fights. since both sizes were holding back for some reason. It seems like Queen Witch and Zero had some bad blood between them." another announcer said, indeed, yesterday's final was disappointing. the fact both sides had the strength to rival those at the core formation realm, yet didn't even show a hint of their true power was disappointing

"ready... and start." the elder looking at the battle said before moving back, looking at both sides who had a standoff. but the young black man, known as the 4 Arms King just stood there, his arms crossed.

"You're impressive and all, but how about you save me my energy and surrender like you did yesterday? I will not hold back like the queen Witch." the said with a cocky smile, 

"You're from the 4 arm sect?" I asked calmly, to which the young man nodded slightly. the 4 arms sect was strong, although they didn't have an elder at the nascent soul realm, they had many elders at the core formation realm.

"Yeah... unlike others, I was born into the sect, unlike you who joined the sect, or else would have been at level 10 Qi gathering by now." He said calmly, Let's look at the fact people like Jane have been cultivating for 23 years, yet were at level 10 Qi gathering. Let's look at David who had been in the sect for only around 7 months, yet was at level 8 QI gathering... what was going around here? Even Alice was at level 10 Qi gathering with her high talent

Did they all suppress their cultivation for the tournament? or was there something else at play? well, remember that as one cultivates in the Qi gathering realm, their QI gets denser and denser. the denser one QI could become before it takes the form of a solid, the stronger one would become at the Core Formation realm.

During the 3 years, anyone could break through nonstop without worrying about their foundation, it was the elders whose talents had been wasted that broke through without taking the time to worry about this fact. it's the younger talents who would instead take the time to do this under their protection. the younger generation will surpass the older generation.

Of course, there was more to this than simply that. but there were 3 main benefits to everyone not breaking through to level 1 Core formation. the first was to become as strong as possible, the second was that during the 3 years when anyone could break through without worry, they stored bits of energy from that. so whenever they want, they can have a bunch of breakthroughs nonstop, without having to worry about side effects until they use up said energy.

lastly, were the rewards from this tournament, there was a reason Alice's master was displeased with throwing in the tower. Among the rewards being offered today for coming in the first place was the Heavens Crystal. what was this crystal could help one build the perfect core,

there were grades to a core, the denser the core, the higher the grade. the perfect crystal was something that could help one make a core denser than what their talent would normally allow. to avoid a war between the many clans and sects, and end up weakening the United States, they instead took a step back and had this crystal be a reward for taking first place.

Zero sighed softly, and before everyone's shocked eyes, he pulled out a phone along with some earbuds. reaching within his mask, he placed the earbuds within his ears and began playing a song.

Seeing this, The 4 Arm King's eyes turned cold. With a Step, the ground exploded from his overwhelming power, before he exploded forward. With speed touching upon that of a level 1 Core formation realm expert, he was blinding, but the ground he was running across suddenly disappeared, the sudden change to the ground caused him to trip and fall. he quickly got up, only to freeze seeing Zero in front of him, a sword aimed a hair breath from his eyebrow.

"Admit defeat or you shall lose an eye. which would greatly affect your combat power, seeing as you're a closer-range fighter and all." I said calmly, making the 4 four-arm king grit his teeth before admitting defeat.

With that, I turned and walked off, leaving everyone speechless, not understanding what just happened. At this, a replay had to be shown as the 4 arm king was just too fast.

"Zero distracted the 4 Arm King by taking out his headphone, see here at his feet, you see lightning entering the ground. The four-arm king was too enraged, a huge mistake which led to him missing out on this small detail. when he shot forward, Zero simply lowered the ground before the 4 Arm King could touch the ground again, sending the For Arm King falling." the Announcer said while a replay of everything that just happened took place, leaving everyone stunned 

"Zero has reached a level of control of Lightning that he uses it for more than simple attacks, and speed boost. Now, he has mastered the ways of lightning, allowing him to even affect other elements. this is truly a genius." the Announcer said, leaving the crowd cheering for Zero as he went on with his day.

"He truly has mastered the power of lightning." within a room, watching this event play out from afar, a red-haired man sat back, replaying the battle that just took place.

"Play the music to me, I want to know what he is listening to." the dragon emperor said while stopping the TV on Zero's mask. behind him, a group of people which tapped away at a few things, and after a moment, an explosion of sound went off, shaking all of them.

"FACTS, MY BITCH LOVE COCO!" The sound shook the whole room, the loud sound was so sudden that even the Dragon Emperor had shot to his legs, his body shaken from what was going on. the sound was quickly turned out, leaving everyone's heart racing.

"The Fuck was that? why was it so loud?" he said angrily, the group of people in the room looked at each other, before looking towards the person who played the song.

"Sir Dragon Emperor, Zero was playing that at full volume, the hacking led to our system volume instantly putting itself at full volume... the sound was called GATTI by JACKBOYS, Pop Smoke, and Travis Scott... going through his playlist, Zero seems to enjoy Pop Smoke songs above the others, but Pop Smoke has passed a few years ago." the young man said with cold sweat covering his forehead. 

"... I see. he is the type hooked on the past." Dragon Emperor said while taking a deep breath to ease his beating heart. He rubbed his chin slightly, he wanted to get Zero over to his side, Zero was a part of that small weak sect, how would they be able to help him reach the Nascent soul? they might even suppress Zero cultivation because he was too capable.

"sigh... just a few more houses before I can break through." sitting on top of the tallest building in Michigan, Zero enjoyed the view below of a bunch of people who were currently watching the tournament. He looked down for some time before he slowly spoke

"I'm immune to your attempts, try cursing me all you want. it's pointless." I said calmly, behind me, Alice's master stood, looking down upon me with a look of confusion. She was a beautiful woman, worthy of being a nascent soul realm expert. She was the most beautiful woman I have ever seen and by a large milestone.

"How is that possible?" She asked confusion filling her eyes, she had tried her best to curse me, but it was all pointless. With the [Endless Nine] even if my mindset wasn't 100% aimed at rejecting this, it boosted my resistance to the point it wasn't enough to affect me. I was even adapting to her curses

"Because I'm perfect... An image I have to keep up before Alice, I understand your hatred towards males. but keep pushing it, and I will kill you." I said calmly, causing her eyes to instantly turn cold.

"A small level 9 QI gathering realm Cultivtor dares act so cocky... I want to see just how a little ant like yourself would kill me before I kill you on the spot. I will erase you from this world, leaving my disciple pure from disgusting animals like yourself." She said while pointing forward, gathering at her fingertips. I simply stood up, and faced her, waiting for her attack. seeing me testing like her, she was enraged at sent the golden flames flying at me... just for them to disappear,

"W-what?" She said stupified, unable to comprehend, just what happened. She watched as I reached out to grab her, she quickly waved her hands to push me away, yet all of that power disappeared. 

she gathered energy into her physique and strengthened herself, yet to her horror, all of that power disappeared the moment Zero's hand grabbed her neck. the strength she gathered was all weakened to such a great level that she only had strength at level 8 Qi gathering.

Her breathing grew heavy, her eyes shook as horror filled her eyes. She looked at me, flashbacks to her being nothing more than a tool for her father's pleasure hitting her nonstop. She was weak, unable to fight back before my overwhelming power, this only brought her flashbacks to that event. Seeing this, I let her go, sending her falling to the ground as she began crying while hugging herself.

"let's work together," I said calmly, causing her to look at me with tear-filled eyes, not understanding what I wanted.

"I will help you build Amazon, and in return, you help me take over the world," I said calmly, stunning her. She looked at me for some time, unable to comprehend my words.

"And why would I trust you?" She asked, the fact I was a man, was more than enough reason for her to instantly not trust me. 

"Just because I'm a guy, you instantly come to hate me? Let for a moment, forget I was a guy, and point out a reason you shouldn't trust me." I said calmly, to which she glared at me for some time,

"You threw your wife out in the streets after all she did was try her best and help her family. you abandoned your sister, manipulated her because she is so innocent. took advantage of Lily's family's death, to get her at your side, and are currently manipulating and lying to your daughter nonstop." She said with a look of disgust, leaving me speechless

"First of all, my wife ran away. Have I not asked for the Grand Thunder Sect to help look for her? My sister's business with me is between me and her, in simple words, she was unhappy with me getting a girlfriend. Lily came to me, the last time I checked, I did not attempt to try to sleep with her. instead, I have been helping her cultivate. my daughter... that is true, I just want to see if she would leave me the moment she has no use for me." I said calmly, leaving her speechless.

"You can mouth anything to make it sound evil... for example, you kidnapped my sister and forced her to accept your way of thinking. Your way of thinking is considered extreme, but you reject thinking about this point. you rather believe all men are scum than accept the fact that you just so happened to be unlucky to meet the scum. In truth, all humans are scum. we kill each other just because our ideals conflict with one another." I said while squatting down to meet her at eye level.

"You are a scum... but a good scum that takes in and helps empower women, although you take it too far. which leads to you seeing all males guilty no matter what, i'm guessing even children. I am scum because my perfect world was destroyed, I want revenge, therefor I want to destroy all these clans that are too power hungry, not caring for the common people." I said calmly, to which she looked away from me.

"If all that isn't enough, then don't force me if I take my sister back. I'm guessing that would start a war between you and me, leading to me slaughtering a bunch of people in my path... let's avoid that." I said softly, making her glare at me for some time before she bit her lips, struggling to make a choice 

"let's make a blood oath." She said after some time of thing, leaving me confused... I should honestly take some time to learn about the cultivation world.

"A blood oath is a promise made with the heavens as a witness. you make a promise and say something like, 'So long as I break this promise, let my soul suffer unimaginable pain before it is erased from existence' and the heavens will make it happen." She said calmly, to which I just shrugged, asking her how to do it.

"You're willing?" he asked, caught off guard by this, The heavens were sealed off for many years, and this is why many animals could go extinct worldwide. how could the heavens allow its creations to die? now that it was around, it would not allow a race to drop dead. at the same time, it would not allow such evils as the holocaust to happen... well, it would still happen, but one has to be justified in their action. but even then, the heavens would not allow a race to die out

"just show me," I said in annoyance, to which she quickly told me how to do it. after she did, I bit my finger and had a drop of blood fly out, floating in front of me.

"I Alex West Promise to see the House of Witches as my ally. so long as they do nothing to betray me, I will help them out with their troubles or dreams so long as they are not out of hand like destroying the universe or something. If I go against this, let me suffer pain like no other, before my soul is erased." I said calmly while forming a hand seal, the blood drop shot into the sky at high speed, disappearing into a hole in the cloud which was shinning with gold light

"..." Alice's master looked at me for a moment, before she made the same oath. with that done, she stood up, although still uneasy with being near me, I would drop dead if I did something ill. By the way, her name was Jasmine,

"what do you plan after turning your dream into reality?" She asked softly, to which I shrugged slightly.

"Sit back and relax while running my business, I built that shit from the ground up, and it was just taken away, My daughter can take the spotlight and shine, I have no interest in being in the spotlight. I'm zero, a nobody." I said calmly, stunning Jasmine

"... your wife?" She asked, to which I sneered while looking at her.

"If Alice were to up and leave you at your lowest to go to another person, while taking something you cared deeply for on top of that, leaving you all alone. would you just accept her back into your life when you found she had a good reason behind it all?" I asked, making Jasmine quiet,

"... okay, how did you defeat me so easily? Why are you suppressing your strength to such a level?" She asked softly, to which I smiled. I defeated her so easily because of [Endless Nine] I rejected everything supernatural. I was not at the point where I could reject absolutely anything that could harm me, but I could reject her overwhelming power, leading to it dropping by a shocking 99.9%. not 100%, so she had some strength remaining, but what remained was enough for me to overpower. this of course had its limitations, I had to touch her.

"Why would I tell you my secret?" I asked while stepping backward, falling backward off the roof...

"Next match, Zero vs the Iron Fist Warrior." the announce yelled while the Iron Fist warrior stepped into the arena under the cheers of the crowd. the first part of today's tournament was held, everyone had already fought once, and now they were fighting once more.

"You know why they call me the Iron Fist Warrior?" the Iron Fist warrior asked, he was a tall Chinese man. he was young, most likely born in the United States.

"Did I ask?" Zero asked causing the Iron Fist warrior's smile to disappear, at the same time, the crowd cheered hearing trash talk

"... And Start." The Elder said, seeing how both parties were no longer speaking. the Iron Fist stumped his legs, before slapping his palm which was iron into the ground. the ground shook, before an iron spear shot out of the ground, shooting towards Zero.

Zero ignored this all while putting his earbuds in, he stepped to the side, dodging the Iron spears, while going through his phone, picking a song for the moment. 

'damn it, he is too far away, so it's easy for him to read my attacks and dodge... he is mocking me.' Iron Fist Warrior said while shaking his head, his head felt light. but the next moment, all of the Iron spears he had created gathered, taking the form of a huge Iron fist. the fist shot toward Zero, but the next moment, the fist fell to both sides of Zero, cut in half.

In Zero hands, a bunch of iron had gathered, taking the form of a vibrating sword, which only strengthens the sword-cutting power. lightning flashed across the body of the sword, yet Zero wasn't even paying attention, still looking for a song.

"sucks, I couldn't pick a song fast enough," I said with a sigh, before walking off, a scene which quickly confused everyone. but those with sharp eyes looked at the Iron Fist warrior, who dropped to the ground, out cold. many people were confused, forcing the announcers to explain things once more

"Another clever play by Zero. The Iron Fist Warrior was sharp, watching Zero movements... but he focused too highly on what the eyes could see and not what the eyes couldn't see. Zero had created invisible electric waves that affected The Iron Fist Warrior's brain waves, tricking the brain into shutting down. it's hard to guess how this technique worked, but truly, Zero mastery of lightning is out of control!" the announcer said, making many people amazed...
