I had been in a slight state of panic ever since I had gotten into the car with Westin back at the castle. He had specifically sought me out in the woods, looked for me because there was an incident that needed to be taken care of. And now that we were parking the car in the garage at the luxury building that Reagan, and the others lived in, I was in a hurry to get to where we were going. And that destination was Ashle and Ilana's condo.

We ran to the elevator and pressed the button. I would have turned and ran for the stairs to sprint up them if it weren't for Westin telling me that it wouldn't save that much time, the elevator was closer. And he was right, of course, but it was hard to stop and think about that long enough to process it at the moment.
