I was scared. There was just so much happening at once, and I didn't know what to do. I saw that Ula was throwing herself toward my dad, intent on hurting him, or even killing him. She was determined to leave here with my brother, no matter what it took.

Though she wasn't the only one that was determined to have my brother. For different reasons, of course, Tide was also intent on escaping this warehouse with my brother. And he intended to hurt him severely. He was a sick and twisted man.

Ula seemed like she was determined to rip out my dad's throat. At least, that's what it looked like with the wicked way her hands had curled into claws, and she bared her teeth like she was the wolf instead of the others here with us. Tide, on the other hand, had different plans.
