48 Chapter 48- Reagan – Confronting Warrick (VOLUME 1)

I was shocked when I got that call from Talia. I didn't expect him to ever come back, not with their connection broken. Honestly, I had thought, like so many others, that he had managed to fake the bond between them. I mean, those Jaegan had used so many other runes, why wouldn't they be able to manipulate something like that?

Then again, if they had been able to do that, then Clovio would have done that with Rika. No offense to Lyssa, I love her to death and all, but Rika is the princess, the royalty, that they were after. Well, I guess that it's true that Lyssa and Alexa were princesses too. Their dads were Kings of the Vampires.

Still, I was starting to look forward to confronting Warrick. I was going to take a little bit of my frustration about Westin out on him, since I couldn't do that to my sister's mate. The human, however, was going to be scared shitless.
