The whole atmosphere seemed to freeze up a bit. The guys stiffened up while Rin internally facepalmed.

There are two things that annoy Mia.

One, bad fashion sense, and two, someone criticizing her fashion sense while being a noob themselves.

Mia tends to take dressing up and matching outfits seriously. It is akin to a religion for her, and it seems like she has found a fellow follower-Layla.

Rin could feel that her future had turned bleaker at that moment.

She could imagine the number of shopping trips and dress up she had to undergo in the future.

It was already hard being Mia's barbie doll now with Leyla added in the mix she felt a headache rising just thinking about it.

Rin glared at Asher and his friends annoyed.

They had provoked two demonesses for no reason. Rin quietly left the scene of conflict without a noise.

Asher had seen Rin walking away he quickly followed her suit.

"Where are you trying to escape?" Asher spoke catching up with her.

"Don't want to get caught up in the rage of the Fashion Demonesses," Rin answered slurping on her drink.

"They seem like they take Fashion quite seriously."

Hearing Asher, Rin snorted "The Mia I know, would rather take a fall and break her legs rather than getting her precious heels broken."

"Pretty intense!!! So what about you?? Are you also fashion devout like them?" Asher asked scanning her outfit.

"Let me give you a piece of advice for your future!! You can't win a fight against women when it comes to reasoning. So just concede and they will stop there otherwise they will drag it until the end of the world." Rin sincerely shared her life experiences with him explaining how she had been subdued by the girls.

"Aren't you a female yourself ?" Asher asked confusedly.

"I am an aberration in the species." Asher felt his eyebrows twitch at her answer.

Rin turned back to check whether the conflict was sorted, But what met her sight was 2 puny girls lecturing five grown-up males about fashion choices and how they shouldn't criticize other's choices and went on explaining the expression to Freedom.

Asher and Rin watched amusedly as how the girls switched from lecturing about fashion choices to political expressions and rights.

Logan, Ryan, and Rehan felt indignant. They were getting berated for something they didn't even do.

They glared at the Idiotic duo who got them in trouble and cursed themselves for not getting away like Asher.

The idiotic duo-Tristan and Aimen for once were listening carefully and nodding seriously when they agreed with some statements the girls said and frowning at those to which they disagreed.

After the speech had ended the duo had an enlightened look on their faces.

"OH MY GOD!!! Now I understand why Gina never showed up for the second date." Tristan gasped enlightened.

"Why??" Aimen asked while the rest watched curiously.

"Because she might have thought we have contrasting fashion sense. And here I thought there was something wrong with the arrangements I made !!! I even gave her a lot of compliments. Hmmm, she could just tell me that, there was no need to block my contact. Silly girl!!! " Tristan mused.

"What exactly did you compliment her?" Leyla asked while feeling her eyebrows twitch knowing that his answer would definitely make one want to beat him up.

"I told her she looked a rainbow in that dress and the way she styled her hair was similar to that of a fan." He proudly announced.

Mia and Leyla felt that they had wasted their time talking to an idiot.

The rest broke out in complete laughter they couldn't believe that someone could be so dumb and naive even when they grew up to be an adult.

They all sat together and talked for a while, Both the groups seamlessly got along with each other. Logan, Tristan, and Ryan talked about some hot game that was trending online while Aimen consulted the girls about how to compliment girls and stuff to which the girls agreed excitedly.

Rehan and Rin who were sharing the same majors discussed the study load and schedule etc.

Asher sat next to them and relaxed. He closed his and leaned on the sofa.

Rin could sense the exhaustion and fatigue he felt as she repeatedly glanced at him worriedly.

"He had to attend a family emergency. It was finally solved two days earlier and he rushed back to the camp immediately and then there is the party today. He didn't get a night of proper sleep."

Rehan enlightened her.

"Then why is he here?? He should have taken enough rest, to begin with. Is he an idiot or something??" Rin mumbled while looking at his tired face.

'Indeed he is an idiot, A idiot in Love' thought Rehan. Watching the two of them worry about each other but beat around the bush annoyed him.

'Do they think that they are main characters in some Indian soap operas?' thought Rehan when he recalled his mother watching them. He remembered a certain drama that began when he was 10 and was still running.

Rin felt bad for Asher so she made a huge decision. She nudged him lightly, waking him up before sharing her precious chocolates with him.

Both Asher and Rehan were shocked at the assortment of chocolates in her possession. They wondered how she managed to fit it all in her sling bag and more importantly they were curious about the fact why she carried chocolates with her all the time.

But they kept their curiosities at bay. Seeing that how Rehan had been helping her all this time without annoying her unlike the other two, she decided she could give one to him, too.

Rehan graciously accepted it because he was starving while Asher too happily accepted it.

Mia excused herself seeing that she had a call from home and left outside the club to take the call.

The rest just lounged on the couch like lazy potatoes.

15 minutes had passed seeing that Mia had still not returned, Rin got up deciding to look for her. Seeing how useless Leyla and Logan was Ryan joined her.

Asher and his friends were too tired to make a move so they did not volunteer.

After reaching the club exit Rin tried to place a call but Mia's phone was said to be switched off and on top of that Mia was drunk.

Worried, they both decided to search in two opposite directions and reminded to keep their phones on them.

Rin searched through the alleyways next to the club under the bouncer's description of seeing a girl with a phone walk in that direction.

Rin then finally found Jiang Yan Ran sitting in one of the small spaces in the passage leaning against the wall.

"Mia!"

Rin heaved a sigh of relief when she finally found her.

Mia raised her head slowly when she heard the familiar voice and looked at her in a daze.

The moment she realized who that person was, she smiled. "Rin, you're here..."

Seeing the girl, Rin furrowed her brows and walked up to her.

Rin tried to help Mia up. Mia was completely drunk, so Rin had to use all her strength and finally managed to help her up.

She messaged Ryan informing him that she had found her and asked him to come to help her because Mia was too heavy for her.

Because she had come out to another side of the club to find Mia she had to use the public club entrance which was open for all instead of the VIP entrance that was booked for the AU party.

Rin supported Mia while complaining about how heavy she was and when she passed the bar counter, she was suddenly blocked by a few people.

Rin didn't pay them any mind and turned in another direction.

However, the moment she turned, the other side was blocked as well.

This repeated a couple of times and Rin naturally realized that something was wrong. Are they doing this on purpose?

Rin lifted her head and looked at the people blocking her way.
