Dove Chocolate

The whole camp turned quite with Asher's presence. He began to explain the working of the Hades Camp. The hazing camp was a month long process. The camp activities were divided into 3 phases- The physical training, The Psychological training and The stimulation training. The first phase consisted of activities which would build up, support and enhance the physiques of the freshmen. The second phase was to get them face their fears and overcome it and the Third phase tested their reactions and survival instincts when put into difficult situations.

'Are they training us for the FBI or something?' thought Rin when she went through their training plan. Each phase lasted 10 days and and the camp will conclude with the farewell ceremony.

Rin felt like crying, even though she was pretty good at sports and other activities, she was a Professional slacker, unless its necessary she never indulged in physical activities and her stamina was almost non-existing. She regretted not listening to her Dad when he urged her to exercise. She could only blame herself for everything.

Asher watched as a myriad of emotions fleeted through Rin's face. He thought she looked really adorable. He couldn't understand why he found her interesting, no one had managed to catch his attention like she did. He felt a sense of familiarity with her as if something was pulling him towards her.

Next it was the self introduction time. Freshmen introduced themselves and were separated into 5 different teams for group activities. The training will be marked individually except for a group activity in each phase. When Rin's turn was nearing she felt like her palms were sweating and started getting nervous, she could never understand why she was unable to stand in middle of a group of people and talk, when she could converse to the same people while she was sitting in between them. It was the same people , but in different positions.

Finally it was her turn, "Rin Ferit , 18 years old, Aeronautics with Psychology. Thank you!" Rin finished like a flash of lightning.

"Rin" Asher tried out with his husky voice and realized the name quite suited her well. She was also in his major. Girls were quite rare in his major and that too beautiful ones were literally extinct. He decided that he better keep an eye on her for more details.

After the self-introduction, Asher dismissed everyone and ordered them to report at 5 in the morning at the training ground unless they wanted to receive punishments. Soon, the hall was empty as the freshmen ran off faster than cheetahs to cherish their last normal day before they started the hellish training.

Rin shared her dorm with 5 other girls, Although she didn't talk much, she smiled politely and answered their questions before she went to wash up. Within half an hour, the whole dorm turned silent and everyone settled on their beds. It was not exactly their bedtime but the impending training forced them to sleep. Rin was frustrated as she suffered from Mixed Insomnia(Though not a formal term, the descriptor mixed insomnia may be applied to people who have a combination of problems related to sleep onset, sleep maintenance, and early morning awakenings.) she couldn't get enough and on top of that she had to undergo harsh physical training, this was really going to mess up her body and mind.

Somewhere along when she was counting 568th sheep she dozed off and suddenly she woke up, she glanced at her phone it was 4:15 am, its quite early but it was better than getting no sleep. She was quite lucky to get 5 hours of sleep. Since she knew it was hard to go back to sleep, she got down of her bed and slowly tiptoed to freshen up. It was already 4:45 when she got ready. Then she decided it was time to wake her roommates up if they didn't want to get punished. She gently nudged Sierra who woke up quiet easily, then she and Sierra started waking the others. It was quite hard to wake up Maya, who slept like a Log of wood. But the pail of water from Sierra awoke her, she was quite angry but when the Hades camp punishment was mentioned she moved faster than others.

Rin and her roommates made it on dot of time. The ground was filled with sleepy and nervous freshers, shouts of students who were late could be heard from miles away. As the whistle sounded everyone stood like new recruits with their backs straightened.

"Good Morning, Since its the first day, I'll make it easier for you guys. Today you only have to run 20 rounds instead of 50." informed Tristan cheerfully as if he had showered great mercy towards them. The freshmen glanced around the 400m ground before facing Tristan with baffled expressions on their face.

"Latecomers can add extra rounds equal to the minutes they were late for reporting." Asher added. Loud groans were heard. Asher paid no heed to it and blew the whistle signaling to begin the rounds.

The crowd started moving, some moved quickly, while others ran slowly. Rin ran quite slowly maintaining a pace, Ryan joined her pace and was moving along with her. By the time she completed 2 rounds she was already half dead, many girls were suffering the same fate. After the fifth round Rin stopped for a breather. Ryan stopped along with her, within 5 minutes Rin began again and completed 12 rounds. By now Rin looked pale like a corpse, Ryan was worried seeing her condition.

"Do you want to go to the Medic?" asked Ryan pointing towards the standby Medic team. "No, Its all right. My stamina is quite low.'' Rin replied popping some dove chocolates into her mouth. Ryan watched amusingly as she put the packet back into her pocket. 'For emergency' Rin mouthed before handing him two pieces.

Rehan chuckled before directing the others into direction of Rin pocketing her chocolates. "That's quiet a familiar sight, isn't it Ash " reminding others how Asher use to carry a bunch of candies in his pocket saying he had low-sugar. All of them smiled and Aimen shouted out reminding that the Freshers had only 30 minutes left to complete the run.

After completing 20 rounds Rin collapsed onto the ground and laid there gasping heavily, she was sweating like a pig and no longer had any semblance to the previous her. After lying for a few minutes she got up and drank the water Ryan handed her and waited for the rest to complete it. The completed freshers couldn't help but feel sorry for the latecomers. Rin vowed that she would never be late for any training in future unless it was an emergency.

When it turned 7, they were dismissed for breakfast and was told to report at 8 o' clock for further activities. All of them dismissed except for the few who was held back. Rin was literally supported by Ryan back to the Mess Hall.
