Trail Phase

Draco pushed the door open to the street and couldn't hide the smile on his face, all he could think about was that from today onward his life was going to change. As he was making his way to his residence his vision suddenly went hazy, and he started swaying while walking. Draco slowed down a bit. He stayed calm as this was normal for people. He started to get excited, he was waiting for the feeling of being overpowered, then seeing the status window.

His vision suddenly went black and his feet fell out from under him. His body hit water, becoming fully submerged. Shocked, he panicked and took a deep breath in, filling his lungs up with what tasted like salt water. Draco started swimming with all his might, his lungs were on fire and it started to feel like his body was being crushed. After about 10 seconds of him trying his hardest to swim his hand finally broke water. After coming out of the water he didn't surface but rather he fell straight out of the water onto a cold rock floor.

It was completely dark and he couldn't see anything. He felt around, his fingers brushed up against something. He took the object in his hand while feeling it with his figures. It was round and had too small indents that he could put his thumbs in. Right as he rotated it and felt bumps, the realization of what it was clicked into his mind 'SKULL!' He threw it away and he heard it hit the wall with a thud. Just as it stopped rolling a bright green window opened right in front of his eyes.

Draco didn't get a chance to fully look at the window that appeared because he had to shield his eyes from the sudden light. After blinking a couple time's, he noticed his surroundings for the first time. He was sitting in what looked to him like an underground room. After about 3 feet in each direction the room would fade into darkness, making him not able to accurately gauge how big the room was. After staring into the abyss for five minutes expecting something to happen Draco finally looked at the glowing green window.

Draco was confused, he had never heard of people getting glowing green windows. The only thing that glowed green were the Doors. Draco started to wonder if he was in a door somehow, if he managed to wander into a Door when he was in a daze from unlocking his title. He looked around trying to find any other solution to getting out of here besides clicking the yes on the screen. Seeing no other way he clicked the yes.

Draco was a little bit confused, when it said trial he thought would be pinning him against a Door. he decided to test both methods of opening the Window. "Open Window." a green screen opened with options to click on it, most of them were blank but there were spaces there that made it seem like there should and maybe would be something there in the future.

He mentally clicked the only one that wasn't greyed out, which was stats. A spread sheet of his stats opened up just like every Striker said it did but something was off. They always described it as a blue glowing box but his was an emerald green.

From what he had read the average title holder's stats started around 10 as an F-rank, however the average humans stats were guessed to be 5 to 8. he figured that since he hadn't gotten his title yet all his stats hadn't been set to 10, he figured that was the case since he hadn't seen the golden light that indicated being bestowed a title.

"Reach level one?" Draco was a little confused, what did he have to do to reach level one? Just as he thought that his vision went dark again and he got thrown to the left. He hit a wall before falling to the ground. Suddenly there was a blinding light all around him. He raised his arms in front of his face trying to shield his eyes from the light when he heard what sounded like hooves hitting rock. Pushing through the sudden light, he opened his eyes, noticing that the blinding light had dimmed.

He rubbed his eyes trying to find out what he had heard. After a few seconds he was able to see without the spots in his eyes. Draco took in his surrounding's, finding he was now standing on what looked like black glass. He thought it looked like the rock called Obsidian. Just then he heard a snort, causing Draco to whip around. Draco was suddenly making direct eye contact with an animal that he knew wasn't native to earth.
