Within moments, Adrian's [Camouflage] skill was replaced by the new [Mimic] skill. At a glance, both skills seemed similar, but there was a big difference.

Using [Camouflage] was easy, as it automatically adjusted to its surroundings to hide Adrian's presence without his input. But he would have to play an active role while using [Mimic], be aware of his surroundings, and adapt accordingly to conceal himself.

In other words, the [Mimic] skill demanded more active participation from Adrian, marking a significant shift from the passive nature of the [Camouflage] skill

While it came off as a problem, the [Mimic] skill was in a league of its own. Unlike [Camouflage], the new skill had various features, such as altering Adrian's appearance and voice and even mimicking certain behaviours of the individuals he transformed into, allowing him to resemble someone else entirely.
