1 Chapter 1

There was a girl named Kira, she was a very beautiful girl. Every man wanted her. She had a male friend named Kelvin. Kelvin loves her but he could not express himself. Whenever he sees any man asking Kira out, he always feel jealous. One day one of his friends told him to man up and tell Kira his mind, but Kelvin said he does not want to ruin there friendship but his friends keeps encouraging him, so one day he man up and went to Kira's house to express his feelings.

Kira: hello Kelvin, good to see you.

Kelvin: Kira, I'm here to tell you something but I don't know how you will feel because I don't want to ruin our friendship

Kira: I don't understand, have you done something wrong that you don't know how to tell me?

Kelvin: no, you know I'm not a bad person

Kira: then what?

Kelvin: I'm I'm in..

Kira: why are you stammering? Talk now

Kelvin: I'm talking. I'm in love with you. I can't keep it to myself anymore I truly love you

Kira: *smile* what took you so long Kelvin? Since when we were young, I showed you my love overture but you did not reciprocate. I've been waiting for a day like this that's why I always turn down other guys.

Kelvin: wow.. I've been wasting time all this while. Please, forgive me, I'm sorry

Kira: it's fine

Kelvin: is that a yes?

Kira: yes, I love you

*Kelvin and Kira were childhood friends, they live in same neighborhood but Kira's parents were richer than Kelvin's parents.

Kelvin: thank you so much. I love you so much

* They started dating, their love was so intense that they can't do without each other. At first Kira's parents were against their relationship but Kira was so adamant, they didn't have choice other than to accept what their precious girl want.

One day, Kelvin's uncle came from the city to take him along with him to further his education. Kelvin had mixed feelings, he was happy because he will further his education and also sad because he will leave behind the love of his life. His uncle asked him to pack his belongings they are leaving for the city. He asked his uncle to give him few minutes. He ran to Kira's house to tell her the latest news.

Kelvin: baby, my uncle is taking me to the city to further my education.

Kira: city? What happened to schooling here? You're leaving me? *Started crying*

Kelvin: baby please, you know I can't do anything without you but this is about our future, I am not leaving you, we will be communicating from time to time. Please, allow me to go.

Kira: please, don't go. Stay here and further your education, please I'm begging you *with tears in her eyes*

Kelvin: I wish to stay but you know we are poor, if I stay no one will take care of my education. Please try to understand.

Kira: *wiping tears* it's okay, when are you going?

Kelvin: *reluctantly* today, as a matter of fact, right now

Kira: today? Why so soon? *Crying*

Kelvin: I'm sorry baby *started crying* He left

Kelvin left for the city. When he got to the city, he always call Kira everyday.

When he got to the city, his uncle fulfilled his by sending him to school. In his class there was a lady named Chloe that liked him so much. The lady knew Kelvin had a girlfriend in his hometown but she didn't care. She started with friendship with him, they are in the same department, so they see each other almost everyday. She always think of a way to separate Kelvin and Kira. One day, they are in the lecture room receiving lecture, she saw Kelvin's phone about to fall and took it without letting him know. After the lecture, Kelvin started looking for his phone, she didn't say she had it. When she got home Kira's call came in and Chloe picked the call.

Kira: hello my love

Chloe: hello, who's this?

*Kira was shocked, she wanted to end the call but she didn't, she trusted her boyfriend, she really want to know the person that picked her boyfriend's call

Kira: this Kira, Kelvin's girlfriend. Where is he? And who are you?

Chloe: oh, you're the girl forcing yourself on my boyfriend. Very good, listen now don't call his number again. He's in love with me, so stop disturbing our relationship and get a life *she ended the call and switch off the phone.

*Kira was so shocked, she didn't know when tears started rolling down her cheeks.

*When Kelvin got home he used his uncle's phone to try his number but was switched off, he tried calling Kira to inform her about the lost of his phone but it was switched off. Kira switched off her phone because she did not want anyone to call her. She locked herself inside her room through out that day, her mother came to knock on her door but she said she want to be alone. In her mind she believed Kelvin can not do such thing.

Kira: Kelvin can not cheat on me, something is wrong somewhere. He loves me so much.

* Later she on her phone and a call came in..
