1 First Day

I was in third grade of school around 10 years old.Recently I shifted to my new apartment in Mumbai at Marine Drive.Indeed I miss my old house.I was so attached to that house that as a kid I fought with my dad that I don't want to leave the house.But I was unable to convince him and finally gave in.As I shifted I was taken admission in new school St.John.

It was first day of school.I was excited but at the same time nervous.School bus came at 7.00 am in the morning and dropped me at school entrance.I went into my class and sat on last bench not attracting any attention.As a new student in school I wanted to keep it low key.

Teacher came in and called me near his desk to introduce myself to class.I got up and started walking when suddenly 'baam' I fell on my face.Everyone started laughing.It was a boy who put his leg in when I was walking.I nervously got up and gave him a bad look about to cry.I saw a grin on his face but I ignored and walked at the front."I'm Isha Kashyap.I'm 10 years old.I'm from Karnataka and today is my first day in school."
