226 Spin-Off Vol.2 'Clarent Star ': Clarent

The Clarent House.

The House that falls before the creation of the Elysium Haven country. This House was supposed to be one of the powerful Houses in the the World of Magic.

The reason? it's simple.

It returns to their roots.

Arthur Pendragon, the legendary Knight King.

With this revelation, of course the Clarent House and the Calibur House was related in some way.

But, most who knew about this 'Fallen House', thought this House was a Branch Family from the Calibur House or somewhat, like all other House that separates themselves from the Main Houses.

But, it isn't as simply as that.

For the Clarent's House origins is far more than that.

For as stated, the Roots returns to the great King Arthur himself. The Knight King blessed by destiny to become the great King of all time with his sword 'Excalibur'.

But, despite his greatness. Since, the King himself is all but a human.

He is not spared, for having mistakes.

A 'Mistake' come with two names.

" Morgan Le Fay " and her son " Mordred ", the Cursed Magic Knight.

The false son of King Arthur, born from the Witch who stole King Arthur's seed using her witchcraft. 

As the 'False Son' exists, the Knight King's destiny is destroyed in an instant, for the False Son begin to rebel, claiming his birthright over his very Father himself.

A Fate that would soon bring the once Great Kingdom into chaos. For the Great King Arthur thrust his sword 'Excalibur' to the False Son's armor.

" You should've aimed for the head, Father. " the False Son said that in the legends, using his sword 'Clarent', he stabs his Father's back before letting go of his Unworthy life.

" This is not, the end... " Mordred says before he let go, drenched in blood as blood spits from his all over his body.

" Before this battle, I've already sired a scion in secret... " 

" From here onwards, the sons of my sons, the daughters of my daughters will secretly plot against your Rightful Heir... "

" The heir, born from your Rightful Queen as you hide her from me. "

" My descendants will destroy his, my descendants will replace me and assure my claim over your throne! " Mordred says it before he dies. As the vow was spoken, so ends his battle with his Father, who won the victory in cost of his flesh and destiny.

" Then my Heir should do the same... " King Arthur says with Merlin standing aside him to heal his body.

" He and his descendants shall destroy yours, the Filth who came from my Flesh. "

" For I swear in my very name, as long as your scion still exists, my rightful descendant will destroy you. "

" As they will swipe your blood out, with 'Excalibur' by their side. " King Arthur states this vow, with the Great Mage Merlin in his side, he takes this vow as the King lays his final breath.

That's the end of the legend, the start of the Two Houses who bear the Great King's blood.

For ages, years to come, the Two Bloodlines continue their war over their rightful heritage. Both Bloodlines of Arthur's Progeny fight to their lasts to destroy each other.

But during the final encounters, the Rightful Bloodline had become Three Houses. The House of Avalon who inherit the King's power from the Heavens itself as well as the Arcane Magic from Merlin, the House of Calibur who inherits Excalibur for they will become the Bloodline who will continue the King's sword legacy and last, the House of Nyx Nocterra, the House who delved into Dark Arts.

The Three Houses from the Rightful Bloodline destroy the Houses of the False One, destroying it all with their might, wiping all that exists in a huge battle.

But, despite their might.

One of the False Bloodline Houses escapes.

The House known, as the 'Clarent House', named after the sword used the Cursed Knight Mordred itself.

The House that slips through their grasp as the House made the right choice over the battle to flee from the Rightful Bloodlines, hiding in the deepest corners of Westerios, waiting for their time to come.

In recent times, the House begin their attempt to return.

With few members, the House changes their strategy from building a great army, to instead do infiltration to the Houses in Elysium Haven.

As the Houses are begin to become more open to the Commoners. the Clarent House spreads their members, posing as Commoners, marrying many of the Royal House members to assure the Bloodline's continuation.

They did it to all Royal House, including.

" The Calibur House, Mother? " Charlotte asks her mother, who told her the whole story.

" Indeed. " 

" That is the House your father came from. "

" The man I approached to have you, my dear Daughter. "

" Back then, I guised myself as a Commoner, as a Hunter as I once worked in the Organization. "

" The Ultimate Descendant of King Arthur, born from the Rightful and the False Bloodline of His Majesty himself. "

" You need it to escape your Father's wrath. " said the Mother as she shivers for her daughter.

" Without sleep, if I had too! " Charlotte says to her Mother, she left her, deciding that she would never rest before the 'Item' her mother requested is found.

" Safe journey, my sweet. "

" I hope you'll find it. "

" For I'm not sure how long until he finds us. " the Mother says to Charlotte who already left her, she shivers as she knew this is the effect of the thing she had done in the past.

In these times, the pronunciation is usually the House's name and then the word 'House' in the last.

For example:

House of Clarent => Clarent House.

Perhaps because of the modernity, the pronunciation is a bit relaxed even by the strict Royals themselves.
