The Other Man

"Hyung?" Yelled out Taehyung as he entered the quiet apartment.

"What," said a stern voice.

"How long has it been now?" Asked Taehyung.

"Two weeks, three days, four hours and ten

minutes," replied Yoongi with an annoyed sigh.

"She still not answering your calls? Or replying to your messages?" Asked Taehyung.

"Nope," said Yoongi as he got up to grab another glass of whatever he was just drinking.

"You'll kill yourself that way," said Taehyung as he started to tidy things up.

Ever since the "incident" with Hana, Yoongi had gone off the reservation and Taehyung has visited to check up on him everyday ever since.

"What if she doesn't ever come back?" Yoongi wondered out loud.

"Don't think like that, Hyung. She just needs some time and space. She'll be back and everything will hopefully go back to normal," Taehyung said trying to reassure him.

"Right," said Yoongi as he took another gulp of his drink.

Meanwhile Hana was totally smitten with the mysterious man she met at the bar the first week she was in Tokyo.

"So we've been meeting here, same bar, same spot for the past two weeks and I still don't know your name," Hana said as she took a sip from her drink.

He smiled. "Well likewise."

She giggled. "Fine I'll go first. Hana Kim, it's nice to meet you." She put her hand out to shake his as if they were meeting for the first time.

He laughed. "Alright, Park Seonghwa. It's nice to meet you too."

She finally placed why he looked so familiar now. She let out a light gasp. "Seonghwa? As in oldest member from that one group-"

He raised a brow. "Yes? Come on, you got this."

"Ah! Ateez!" She finally managed to say.

He laughed again.

"Wow, you must think I'm completely pathetic," she said trying not to sound embarrassed.

"Not at all. I've really enjoyed talking with you. I really like you," he replied.

She started to blush and smile as if she was in junior high being confessed to by her crush. She hid her face behind her hands.

"Why're you hiding your face? You look so adorable," he smiled.

"No! I'm never moving my hands!" She pouted. "I'm so embarrassed!"

"Don't be!" He replied.

She quickly put her hands back down and got quiet.

"What's wrong? You okay?" He asked worried.

She slightly nodded her head. "Yeah, I- I just haven't been completely honest with you about all the things I've been telling you."

"Okay? I'm listening," he replied.

"I like you. I really do. In fact I feel like I'm feeling how it was when I fell in love with my first love with you," I said embarrassed.

He smiled. "But? What is it?"

"I'm married," she blurted out.

He nodded. "Yeah. I'd thought so. You weren't exactly hiding it." He pointed at her left hand which held the giant rock on the ring finger. "Do you love him?"

"I-I thought I did. I mean I do. But it's just been a really rocky relationship with a lot of downs. But being a naive dumbass I kept giving him second chances and by doing so just hurting my self in the process," she replied.

"Do you want to leave him?" He asked.

"I wasn't sure to begin with but now I'm certain. I know it'll kill him but yeah, I think I do," she said.

Before they knew it it was already pretty late, so they finally exchanged numbers, said their goodbyes and went their separate ways. The whole way back to Jin's apartment Hana couldn't stop smiling like a complete idiot. "What is it about me that I keep ending up running into idols? Do I have like some sort of radar or something?" She thought to herself.

"You're finally back."

Hana jumped and turned to find SeokJin sitting on the sofa.

"You have fun on your little date?" He asked.

"It wasn't a date. It was just drinks with a friend. But I finally found out his name and figured it out," she smiled hugely.

"Really? And?" Asked SeokJin as he raised a brow.

"Seonghwa from Ateez," she replied.

"Oh! I remember them! They're still active right?" Asked SeokJin.

"Yeah. I actually really like their music. I'm sad I haven't been into them this whole time. It was so embarrassing. But he's so sweet and funny."

She got that love struck look in her eyes.

SeokJin furrowed his brows. "You're married."

She smacked her lips in annoyance. "Ugh! You just had to remind me!" She rolled her eyes. "Whatever. It's not like Yoongi and I have had the best track record as a couple as of late."

SeokJin nodded. "True. So what're you gonna do?"

"Well, I'll make sure Younha knows who her father is but I don't think I'll be able to stay with Yoongi. I might have to ask him for a divorce or to get our marriage annulled. As long as we're together it'd be considered cheating if I were to start to get serious with anyone," she sighed.

"You know this'll kill him? Right?" Asked SeokJin.

"Yeah, I know. But it's the right thing. I just know it. You support me and my decisions, right big bro?" She asked unsure.

"Of course. I'll always be on your side. No matter what," replied SeokJin.

She smiled and gave Jin a hug and a kiss on the cheek. "Thanks. I love you."

That night Hana went to bed without any regrets as to what she was about to do and as to what she'd been up to for the past couple of weeks. It was time she broke free from the man who had broken her heart not only once but twice.

"Yo, Kookie! Guess what!" Exclaimed Jimin.

Jungkook rolled his eyes and looked up from his tablet. "What Hyung?"

"I was just talking to Jin Hyung and he just told me the best tea," said Jimin smiling hugely.

Jungkook nodded. "Okay? Are you going to tell me? Or what?"

"Hana met someone in Tokyo. He said she's going to divorce Yoongi for him," said Jimin. "And get this, he's also an idol, an active idol, and he's younger than us."

Jungkook sat in his spot in disbelief. Not only was the love of his life finally going to divorce her foul tempered husband but she wasn't doing it for him but someone she had just met a couple of weeks before. Talk about "finding your soulmate". Soulmates? Ha! What bullcrap was she spewing that day? Jungkook angrily stood up and went up to his room slamming the door shut behind him.

"Oops. Someone's not happy," Jimin muttered under his breath. He sat down on the sofa and mischievously contemplated whether or not he should call Yoongi and give him a heads up about his wife's infidelities.
