114 Say Your Last Goodbye to Her

These days, Alla spent more time in a coma than awake. 

Even when she woke up, she could barely speak a few words before falling back into a deep sleep. 

Keyon sat in front of the hospital bed, unmoving. His pale face had grown a dense stubble, and he looked exhausted. 

Maggie tried to persuade him to rest, but he refused. Helpless, she left him alone.

Afraid that Alla might wake up and want to eat some liquid food, even though she couldn't eat, Maggie still wanted to prepare it for her. 

She told Keyon that she would go buy some porridge, then left the ward and went downstairs.

Not long after she left, Alla woke up. The swelling in her limbs made it impossible for her to move. 

She could guess that her face was probably swollen too, and she must look dreadful.

She felt Keyon's hands holding hers, squeezing tightly, which gave her a moment of peace.

She swallowed some saliva and croaked, "Ricky... Is the sun out?"
