Chapter 31: 2022

The door opens, Domi excited waved hello to Mrs. Parlor, Her new bestie!, "Welcome! Welcome!" She welcomed them in as the clock until the new year tick down to enter another year in a new decade.

2021 went by so fast... Maybe a little to fast... November felt like yesterday but in truth it's been almost 2 months, I guess time flies when you're having so much fun.

But now here we are December 31st New year's eve. It's quite something I guess. Time really is a strange thing to behold, when thinking about it.

"We'll get prepared after all there's only 30 minutes before the rise of new year's" Mother Dela said.

Kori brought in the food. Via walked out of her room. "Hey! Hey! Little fella!" Chilly walked up to her. "big sis Chili!"

"Haha! Yep that's me!" Jade steps out of her room and looked around. She spots Charly and Called for him. "hello and Happy New year's!" She said to him... Charly let the air settle before he spoke...

"Ha-happy New Year's too..." He nervously said. She walks out, she was dressed in beautiful dress it was simple in design.

She smiled. "I wear this every end of the year" she told him. He nods at her. "do you want to go outside?"

He nods. Jade motioned him to follow her. The sounds of car horns rang out, Noise was everywhere, But it would seemed to drown when they are together.

They both sat on a neat patch of grass. They just sat there not doing anything just sitting down.

Each second went to quick... Soon enough the count down of 10 seconds started...

1... 2... 3... 4... 5... 6... 7... 8... 9... 10...

Fireworks rang out all across the country and the world as the new year began! The horns are louder thank before. Each fireworks that blew, where are special.

They both watched each one as they light up in pretty colors.

Charly looked at her... "Happy... B-b-brithday... Jade" 

she smiled.

Alberich smirked from afar as he took a picture. 

Jade's phone went off. She looked at her brother's message. "Both of you look so sweet together :) >3" she clenched her phone. "Don't think about it to much, what Great friends, you are in the month you both got to know each other." he joked.

She stood up, Charly was now left alone. Now what? He asked himself.

Angelice drank her Orange juice, as she watched the firework show in the sky. "The town is Noisier than ever" she Told herself.

"I wonder what plans he had for the January festival, After he scraped that idea..."

"Dear, who are you talking too?" "No one mother"

"Let's light it up!" Ana shouted, "hey give that back!" Heal ran after Him "what are those two doing?"

Ana and heal ran all around the neighborhood, they made a full lap around, Ana stopped near Angel Tail's. "Alright one last one to end the light show!" He said letting out the fireworks.

It shot up to the air it went high up into the air.

"Oh! Oh! Look at that one!" Riley pointed. Kris entertained her and looked at the firework.

(Cool) it went off... It was pitiful! Extremely pitiful!

"Hahahaha! What was that!" Ana fell to the ground laughing... "Hey it's not there yet! You wait!" He pointed.

"Sure right, Heal! Bet! Hahahaha!" "1,000"

The sky light like Day, as various explosion went off, more soon came after the dazzle of Explosion continued, for a minute.

"Looks like you do have a gift for New's year!"

Ana's mouth was open... "I'll be going now, you messed with my schedule" he said walking away.

"Whyyyyyyyy!!!!" Ana screamed into the night sky, but the sound of horns drowned it out.
