27 Receiving the Hunter's Badge.

'I arrived at one of the Hunter Association's buildings, and there, Netero revealed the fights that were going to happen. I was going to fight against the winner of the battle between Pokkle and Hanzo. Since I knew that Gon was going to win against Hanzo, there was no way that Gon would surrender.

On the other bracket, the first fight would be Vergo vs Ponzu, and the one who wins between these two, would fight against Hisoka. That was rather convinient, since if Vergo surrenders, one of us would pass instantly and that one is Ponzu. This would increase her debt towards me.' I thought before recaling what I spectated in Gon and Hanzo's fight.

'That was an interesting fight. But, I wouldn't really call it a real fight, it was more of a live torture session and we had front row seats. I really like this world. Well, in the end, Hanzo gave up because Gon was not going to surrender. This made Hanzo fight against Pokkle, who tried to do the same thing that Gon did. However, he gave up since he did not have the same pain resistance as Gon.

Up until now, everything is going according to my plan.' I concluded when I stepped in the ring against an exhausted Pokkle.

As soon as the referee began the match, I dashed towards Pokkle's direction and hit his leg. Right when my leg clashed with his, I heard the delightul *Crack*, indicating that his leg broke. Right afterwards, I grabbed his head and smashed it on the ground and whispered. "I will break each and every single one of you bones. Starting with your hand. Since you are an archer, I wonder how long will it take for you to heal or if you can even heal from such wounds." *Crack*. I broke one of his fingers.

"Ahhhhhhhhh!" He screamed in pain.

"Next." I said before I continued to entertain myself.

After a few minutes later.

'In the end, I broke 4 of his finger and one of his arms, completely by accident. Well it wasn't my fault that he tried to resist. Still, he was pretty boring since he gave up easily. Since Pokkle was quite injured, we went to the second bracket until he was able to fight again. Vergo gave up on his fight against Ponzu and ended up fighting Hisoka.

Well, Hisoka ended up surrendering right after the match started. But not before whispering something to Vergo. I have to remember to ask Vergo what did Hisoka say. Since it is impossible to know what he is thinking, I am curious to know. What did he whisper?' While thinking of this, I saw Vergo coming to the stands.

After waiting until Vergo came out of the ring, I told him and Ponzu. "We should leave."

"Are you not interested in the rest of the fights?" Ponzu asked while looking at the current fight.

"What is the use of watching the fights if you already know the results? There is none, so let's not waste time. Besides, I need to talk with you two about my future moves." I told them before I approached an old man. "Old Man, is there any place for we to rest?" And asked.

"I'm not that old, I'm still young for your information." He said.

"Oh yeah?" I had my doubts about this subject.

Seeing my doubt, he shaked his head before he gave me the information I wanted. "If you ask one of the staffs here, they will guide you to a place where you can rest."

"Okay. Thank you." I told him before I turned to them. "Vergo, Ponzu, let's go." To which Vergo nodded but Ponzu reluctantly followed after us.

We walked until we arrived at a room and entered inside of it. After accomodating ourselves, I decided to talk to them. "Ponzu, tomorrow we will receive our own Hunter's Badges and you cannot lose it." I waited for her to nod before I continued to speak. "And we will split up after tomorrow."

"What? Why?" She was really confused.

"To tell you the truth we are weak, we need a lot of training and you also need to learn Nen." After saying that, I could feel her doubts intensifying.

"What is Nen?" She asked, again.

"That, you need to learn on your own. You are going to have 6 months to do so. After those 6 months we will reagroup in Yorknew City." I told them.

While Vergo was only nodding, Ponzu was getting more and more lost at what I was saying.

"What? Why 6 months and why Yorknew City?"

"Me and Vergo will also be training in those 6 months. And I will tell you why I choose Yorknew City when we reagroup. Also, if you don't learn Nen within the 6 months, I will punish you."

She gulped after I said that."What do you mean by punishment?" She asked.

In response, I released my Killing Intent. "I pray that you don't come back without properly learning about Nen." When she felt it, she ran to the corner of the room.

"Fufufufufufufu." I laughed at her childish antics.

1 day later.

I spent most of my day sleeping since I was not interested in seeing Illumi tormenting Killua, so I just slept through the day.

*Knock*. *Knock*.

A staff member knocked on my door, waking me up. In the end, I had to join the rest of the Hunters around a classroom. On this classroom, there was a weird alien thingy that would tell us everything about being a Hunter and the benefits of having the Badge.

Such as the access granted to about 90% of countries which normally restrict the entry of outsiders, and access to 75% of areas that the general public is restricted or even prohibited from entering. The thing that interested me the most are the Unrivaled freedom to travel around the world, the 0 interest loans and access to the Hunter's Secret Website.

'This is crucial for my future plans. However, for now I must focus on another things, such as getting in the Zoldick Family's House and searching for the crystal.' At this moment, I thought of Gon. 'He is the perfect key for that. After watching Gon breaking Illumi's arm, which is always interesting to watch, I decided to join him after the boring class ended and we finally got our Badge.' Getting near Gon, I decided to ask. "Gon, can I join you in your journey in getting Killua back?"

"What are you planning?" Kurapika asked.

"If you want to go to the Zoldyck Mansion, you will all the help you can get. Together with me, you might, just might, not actually get massacred as soon as you set foot on their estate." I told them.

"I trust Mitsu and I don't think it will be a problem in having him joining us." Gon said.

"Yeah, I agree too." Leorio also voted for me to stay, since I indirectly helped him pass the exam.

"Huff. I don't trust in you, Mitsu." Kurapika said that looking at me.

"You are kinda rude by saying that to my face." I commented.

"Whatever. Let's just focus on saving Killua." Kurapika shrugged.

Suddenly, Gon pumped his fist and excitedly said. "Let's bring Killua back!"
