58 Family Reunion.

(Oemitsu POV)

After crossing the portal, we arrived back at home. Shiro, immediately ran and hugged me when she saw that I came out of the portal and I did the same since I couldn't deny her hug. "Easy there, I'm not going anywhere."

"You have been gone for a long time!" She protested.

"It was just for 6 hours though." I said.

"Its a long time!" She insisted.

"Huff." I just shrugged and continued to hug her.

But Neon jumped in the hug, so three persons where sharing a hug. "Ok. I need to take a shower.

I stink, so you should get away."

"Nii doesn't stink!" Shiro exclaimed.

"Huff. I still need to take a shower. And so does all of you." I turned to the ones looking at us. "We smell like blood."

2 hours later.

After taking a shower with Shiro, who insisted on joining me

and Neon, who decided that she was also my sister, so she also joined, I was sitting on a chair while hoping that this wouldn't become a habit.

*Knock*. *Knock*.

"Your family is summoning you. They are all waiting for your presence in the main hall." A maid said.

"I will be there in a couple of hours." I told her.

"Your presence is required in the shortest time possible." She insisted.

"Fine, I will be there in 10 minutes."

3 hours later.

'Making someone wait is a show of power. That is what I would like to say, however, I just did it to piss them off.' I thought while I walked down the hallway. I was alone with my hands behind my back, a habit that I got from my master.

After a few minutes, I reached a huge door with the Gremory symbol on it. "Like always, they are pompous pricks."

The maids opened the door and I entered in the living room. There was a huge table with 6 chairs, 5 of them were on one side

and the other chair was on the otherside. Sat on the biggest chair was Sirzechs, the King of the Pricks. 'This will be interesting.' I smiled before I went and sat down.

Not even bothering to greet anyone. "Why have we been gathered here? Are we discussing the weird affection between my Sirzechs and Rias, considering that they are siblings. Or Akihiko's weird pride over a power that he was born with?" I looked around, in confusion.

"Do you not understand the position you are in?!" Akihiko, enraged, asked.

"Fufufufufu. Ohh, do please enlighten me, Great Akihiko." I said in a subservient way.

My phrase made him act all smug.

'Can't this idiot understand sarcasm?' I wondered when I saw his face.

"Its good that you understand your place." He said while nodding.

"I really underestimated you. I though you were dumb, however, I never expected you to be this dumb. Hey, what are you giving him to eat? Concrete?" I shaked my head.

"Oemitsu was being sarcastic. Perhaps, Akihiko will need a couple more lessons." Venelana commented."

"Give up, if I was in your place I would have given up already. You can't fix idiots, after all." I shrugged.

"Calling your brother an idiot is rather harsh, don't you think? We are here in a happy family reunion, and yet, you are ruining it for your own amusement." She said.

"You were the ones who invited me despite knowing the consequences. Besides, this looks more like a trial, than a family reunion. On one side there is the judge, while on the otherside there is the accused. Now, the question is, what am I on trial for?" I squinted.

"You are not on a trial. We want to know how you got so strong in such a short amount of time and if you have been contacting our enemies to get more power or if you are hurting yourself while doing it. If yes, then we will have to take appropriate measures to stop such a thing." Sirzechs said in his regal way.

"Hmm. Interesting suggestions. But those are some serious accusations, Mr. Lucifer. So, you believe that I'm committing treason to get stronger... what a joke." I smiled.

"It is true? He is still the same wimp though. He is weak like he always was." Akihiko commented.

"Fufufufufu. Mr. Concrete eater, the adults on the table are talking, the kids should stand in the side quietly listening. If you listen carefully, maybe just maybe, you might be able to be something in the future." I looked at him before I turned to Sirzechs.

Akihiko got more and more frustrated, while I just ignored him completely.

"Your accusations are without any base. You know that I spent most of my time in this mansion. You are suggesting that I escaped from a mansion that is filled with Ultimate Class Devils without being detected and somehow contacted your enemies, without getting killed at first sight. Let's be real here. If any of your enemies, Mr. Lucifer, found me, they would probably kill me to quench their bloodthirst and acquire a certain amount of revenge... actually, that is not true." I placed a hand on my chin

"What is not true?" Sirzechs asked.

"If your enemies found me, killing me would be a kindness that they would not spare. They would probably torture me in the worst ways possible." The casual maner that I said this, shocked everyone on the table.

"What about your subordinates, then?" Venelana inquired.

"I wonder what you are talking about." I looked at the ceiling.

"You have 7 subordinates hidden in your room, according to Grayfia." After Venelana said that Grayfia stepped forward. "I detected 7 beings on you room, 6 months ago." And Venelana continued. "If I remember correctly, one of them is called Vergo and, according to Grayfia, there is another one called Shiro. Taking them out, 5 other characters are remaining. And we don't know anything about them."

"7 subordinates? As far as I know, I only have two. Shiro and Vergo. Are you sure you got your information right? Maybe old age is affecting your minds heavier than you thought." I commented.

After saying this, I saw some rage on Venelana's eyes before it settled down in less than a second. Grayfia, however, was not so subtle as her. She was clearly not happy when she was called old.

(No woman likes to be called old. But I really have to give it to Venelana. She immediately recomposed herself.) Nyar said.

'Venelana might be a more worthy opponent than I originally thought. I have been provoking everyone in this table since the beginning, seeing what gets them enraged and how I can make them do bad decisions but Venelana is the only one who only showed a second of weakness. So I can't exploit that. Unfortunately. Hmm. Sirzechs is rarely talking in this meeting. He usually loved to scold me. I took my eyes off of Venelana and looked at the King of Pricks.

When I did, I saw him staring at Rias.

(Now this is interesting.) Suddenly, Nyar commented.

'What is so interesting that got even your interest?'

(Sirzechs likes your aunt.)

'I know that, after all, he is rumoured to be a Sis-con. It is pretty normal that he is highly affectionate with her.'

(That is not it. You don't get human relationships as good as me. He loves her.)

'I already know that.'

(That is not it. He doesn't loves her as a sibling would. He loves her as a man loves a woman.)

'... you are joking, right? Rias is 7 years old.'

(Unfortunately, I'm not. I can never mistake those eyes. Those are the eyes of someone who is in love, if you look closely, he has rarely paid attention to the meeting. Venelana is the one directing everything.)

This made me open my eyes wide while smilling as widely as possible. 'I can use this. I can see the way to get revenge. Ahhh, this will be so much fun.'

"Are you listening to me?" Venelana asked.

"I was listening just not paying attention. My interest in the topic is small." I looked at her.

"I will ask again. Where did you got those subordinate of yours?" She repeated.

"I wonder what you are talking about, this just turned to a interrogatory real quick. Am I also under arrest?" I joked.

"You can choose if you want to answer it or not."

"You could have said that earlier, I choose not to answer any of your questions." I interlocked my fingers.

She continued to stare at me but just as she was about to protest, I said. "Unless you pay me, after all, nothing in this world is for free. I will give you anything I want, for the right price that is."

"What do you want?" She asked with a smile.

"A permit that allow me to go to the human world whenever I want." I proposed.

'If Devils that are still under 18 want to leave to the human world, they have to get a special permission card from the Devil Council, normally requested from their parents. This is quite a precious item. With the current peace between the Devils, Angels and Fallen Angels being fragile, the Devil Council doesn't want any Devil heir to die at the hands of their enemies, since it could spark a war. So they rarely issue such things, however, Satans have certain privileges. One of them is being able to issue this cards whenever they want.'

"You're asking for too much. If you get captured or killed by one of my enemies, then you will cause a lot of suffering to the Gremory family." Sirzechs said after he looked at me.

"Please, spare me from the fake concern, would you? It would be for the better if I died. The reason why you don't want me to go, is because you're afraid that I will cause another war between the three powers. If the son of the current Satan kills someone of importance, let-s say a Cadre or a couple of Bishops, it might fire another war." I explained.

"If you know the severity of the situation, then why are you still asking for it?" Venelana questioned.

"This is my price. I don't mind if you send your peerage members to follow me."

"I will allow such a thing as long as you always have one of Sirzechs' peerage members with you and you must also promise not to touch anyone from the other 2 factions." Venelana proposed.

I nodded. "Okay. I'm willing to promise such thing, however, if Sirzechs peerage isn't able to follow me, then it isn't my fault."

"I will send someone that will never leave you out of is eyesight." Sirzechs said.

"I'm looking foward to it." After I said that, Sirzechs threw a card to me.

'This is the first step to my plan. While I could use Nyar to teleport myself out, if I suddenly disappeared from the mansion, every single Gremory Devil would be mobilised to make sure that I return alive and that I don't fall in the enemies hands, after all, I am a huge political tool. With this card, I have the freedom to go to the human world, while at the same time, I also have the Gremory's backing. I will abuse this power a lot, there is only the issue of Sirzechs' little rat following me, but I can always run from him and dissappear with Nyar's help. It is not my fault if my stalker is incompetent.' I grinned. "You can ask a question and I will answer it."

"A question is not enough. We have given you something quite precious, we deserve the answers to at least 10 questions." Venelana immediately said

"Fufufufufu. I will only answer 1." I lifted one finger.

"5." It was Venelana's time to show her fingers.

"I will give you a treat and answer 2."

"You can return the card then." Venelana crossed her arms.

"Fufufufufu. Unfortunately, it is non refundable. However, since I am a nice guy, I will answer 3 of your questions.

"5 questions."

" 3, and this is the last offer." After stating this, I simply looked into her eyes.

And she looked back at me. Both of us weren't going to concede. The staring contest lasted a few minutes, minutes of pure silence, if you ignore the screaming Akihiko in the background.

"Huff. Fine. I will accept the price." Finally, she agreed.

"Very well, ask away." I crossed my legs.

"How did you got so strong in such a short time?"

"Fufufufufu. So many things to ask and you ask that? It is rather simple. I did something that you rarely do. I trained until my body couldn't take it anymore, the closer you are to death, the stronger you become. Unlike that useless little girl over there." I pointed at Rias who was waiting for some white knight to come and save her.

I saw her flinch before she began to cry.

"She is still 7. Besides, unlike you, she was born with the power of destruction." Sirzechs tried to embarass me but couldn't.

"Fufufufufufu. And look where that got her? She is about to be sold as a breading mare! Fufufufu!"

Suddenly, Zeoticus slammed his fist on the table. "She will not be sold as a breading mare! She will bound the Gremory and Phenex clans together!" He exclaimed.

"Ohhh, so you were here? I didn't notice. Rather, I thought you were a plushie that Venelana bought. Anyway, what I said to Akihiko, I will say it to you. While the adults talk the children should play in the corner." I looked at him.

"I WILL NOT STAND THIS DISRESPECT!!!" He yelled.

"Yeah, right go be a plushie in somewhere else. And tell me how that ends up." I turned to Venelana and said. "Next one."

"How did you got strong subordinates? Especially considering that you never left the mansion, according to you." She said.

"I met vergo while he was on the verge of death, I healed him back to health and offered him if he wanted to join me in my quest. As to where I found him, it is a secret. If you want to know, then you have to pay for the price." I said.

"I will not make another deal with you. Who knows what you might ask next time."

"What a shame." I shrugged.

"You told us about Vergo, what about Shiro?"

"I helped Shiro get rid of her abusive family, afterwards, I addopted her as my little sister." I said with a smile.

"I feel kinda sorry about the poor girl. Since you adopted her as your sister, then I am her grandmother. I want to meet her." She said.

"Such a peasant shouldn't be within our ranks!" Akihiko protested.

"Careful, boyo. We wouldn't want to get blood all over your pretty cloak, would we?" I released my killing intent while I looked at him.

Akihiko flinched and retreating with a pale face.

"Enough with that." Venelana said as she easily dispersed my killing intent.

"You're stronger than I expected." I commented. 'What an interesting grandmother I got.'

"You mentioned that Vergo accepted to join you on your quest. What would this quest be?" Grayfia suddenly interrupted my thought process.

"Is that a question? If it is, then I will answer it. If it isn't, then I will not answer it for free." I smiled.

"She is interested in your objective, so yeah, it is the last question." Venelana said.

"My objective is simple. Become the strongest. The most powerful. This world moves on strenght, be it Magical, physical, or even the Sacred Gears. I will reach the top and I won't stop until I reach it." I spread my arms wide. "RICHES, WOMEN, SUBORDINATES, YOU CAN GET ANYTHING WITH STRENGHT. STRENGTH IS THE ONLY UNIVERSAL LANGUAGE IN THIS WORLD!!!" I yelled and laughed like a madman.

(That is enough. Such an expression, such a beauty, such an ambition. I'm so WET!) Nyar interrupted my momentum.

After Nyar's interruption, I looked at the and saw that all of them were surprised. They were all frozen, not sure at what to say or do. After getting up, I turned to them. "Now I must take my leave."

"WAIT!! You can't just leave!" Akihiko tried to stop me but I rememebered something.

"How could I forget." I turned to Rias. "I will wait for the invitation to your weeding. For what I heard, Riser Phenex has already got a couple of woman. So when you get married, you will have some sisters and STDs that they will share with you. I am sure that you will enjoy it." I waved at her. "Goodbye, little aunt."

I left right after saying that. In the hallways, what echoed was my crazy laughter. 'I turned the trial against them. And more importantly, I juat figured out how to completely destroy them. Today was such a productive day.' I walked to my room with a big smile.

But in front of my door, there was two fox women, both of them had one knee on the floor while they bowed. "What is the meaning of this?"
