82 Bloodied Plains, Fake and Pet.

I am looking at the beautiful plains outside of Lebus, normally a wonderful view, however, today the view was obscured by two armies staring off at each other. Waiting for the horn to blow so that the carnage can begin. In the middle of the battlefield there is a small lake, if one wants to charge, he would need to cross that lake before meeting the enemy.

On one side there is Liza's army consisting of 5,000 men. She left a thousand defending Lebus as a precaution. On the other side, there is 10,000 men led by Kazakov. I am on a small hill. Up this hill, I have the perfect view of the two armies. 'This will be quite an interesting show.' I smirked. "Now let's see just how strong the so called "Bloody Kazakov" is."

'Don't ruin my hopes like that.' I shook my head. 'Well, I hope that he at least lasts more than 2 minutes against Liza.'

Soon enough, a war horn could be heard on Kazakov's side. "The battle has begun. Let's see what do you have to offer, Kazarov?" I crossed my arms.

The entire army got into charging formation. The infantry charged in the front while the cavalry charged on the flanks.

"So, Kazarov split up the cavalry into two, and now, he is leading the left flank. However, to attack Liza's army he still needs to cross the lake. He is going to eat a bunch of arrows before he can do it." And just like I predicted, Liza's archers stepped forward, and rained arrows on the poor infantry crossing the lake. "He is just charging to his death." I shook my head in disappointment.

(You have other things to worry about.) Nyar told me.

'What do you mean?'

In the end, 90% of the 10,000 soldiers ended up dead. Either by drowning on the lake or executed by Liza's soldiers.

(Shiro POV)

I am walking down the peaceful hallways of the castle. 'My brother has gone on an expedition, which makes me sad and lonely. However, I can always have fun in other ways.' Walking down with me, there is one of my brother's generals, Yo Tan Wa, and two maids.

'While I could torment the maids all I wants, I need to reunite with my pet. I spent the last 2 years training her. A pity all that training went down the drain because my brother wanted her to go on a war campaign againts Zhcted. Everyone in the hall, including Kyoukai, were suprised by my statement.

"If you know where she is then, we can mobilise an army to get her." Yo Tan Wa intervened.

"There is no need." I shook my head. 'She must have joined with the Earl named Tigre. With Kyoukai having ears everywhere, then she knows that the only way she can survive is with help. However, I would never guess that my pet would turn against me.
