Moving on from my newfound fanatics, the last and oldest Male of the children's group came forward, went to one knee, and started.
"I am Daichi Hogo-sha. rank 20 Spirit Master, Seven wind sword. it's good to finally meet you, cousin."
Daichi is a descendent of the Seven kill sword clan and my uncle from my father's side. his spirit is, again, a mutation. a mix between my uncle's Tornado spirit and his mother's Seven kill sword.
He looks like a mini version of his grand uncle, Sword Doulou. White hair, sharp eyebrows, and lean like a swordsman should be.
One of the main reasons why I chose him, besides his tremendous talent, is his relationship with Chen Xin, better known as sword Doulou and an elder of the seven treasure clan.
Even though he IS of our clan and of Hogo-sha, which fits them with what their role is, he still has blood ties to Chen Xin and that would make convincing him of the Fuma-Seven treasure Alliance easier.
Not much because of how little interaction they have, but that can be fixed.
I gave him another smile, the kind you would show a relative (not the awkward kind), and said,
"Nice to meet you too, Daichi-kun, I'm happy to finally see my only cousin. please take care of me." better make him feel welcomed by me. he already has all of the right switches to become jealous, and jealousy can be dangerous.
Well for him at least.
The last two of the whole group came forward after Daichi went back.
Unlike others who seemed completely confident or fanatical in some cases, these two were quite nervous apparently.
They held each other's hands and stepped forward while shaking (the smaller one almost tripped over too) and went to their knees.
Well, better make them comfortable. just giving an encouraging simile and having a relaxed posture is enough for now.
The one in the Green dress who seemed to be the older of the two started her introduction first.
"H-helo, Kotaro-sama, it's an h-honor to be in your presence. my name is Ling Yu, and she is my little sister, Xiu. Rank 16 Spirit Master, Green Lotus. and she's rank 14 Spirit Master, White Lotus." Well, these two are my support system spirit master and are younger than the rest by a couple of months so it's natural to have lower ranks.
What wouldn't be natural and normal for anyone who hasn't read their profile would be why Xiu didn't talk herself.
Some might say it's just because she's shy or something. well, normally that would be right.
This case isn't.
She was born deaf. she can make some words out, but it's so hard for her that she just doesn't want to.
And that impacted her self steam greatly. which is understandable.
*Sigh*
Why do I care about children so much more than the rest?
Can't a man hate everyone equally?
It makes my "big brother sense" tingle when I see a child sad. and that's all your fault you shity little brother. *Growl* how I'm going to annoy the hell out of you for this.
I will think about it later, for now,
"It's nice to meet both of you girls, Ling, Xiu. oh and you're dresses look sooo cute."
And it was true too. with their little figures and cute faces it just makes people want to protect them, and their matching blue and white fantasy-looking dresses just amplify it.
That little compliment made them a little more relaxed and they smile just a tiny bit.
And that's my good work of the millennia right there ladies and gentlemen.
Phew, how hard it is.

Now onto important bits.
"I gathered you here to ask you something really important for me. as you might know, in most official scenes having a group of seven spirit masters is required. like important tournaments such as The Elite Continental Soul Master Academy Tournament or even some less important matters like the Spirit Arena team championship.
I would like to ask the younger group to be my team and the elders to help us train."
I worded my sentences carefully to give them a false sense of having a choice in the matter. it might seem to someone less experienced as a polite child asking kindly and not demanding like a prick, but in the end, they don't have a chance to choose anything.
The heir of the clan is asking them to join him, not only would it be "Rude" to say no but it won't end well for them.
Subtle manipulation in its finest.
And as expected after a little thinking they all accepted, bowed their heads, and said,
"It's our honor, Kotaro-sama."
Excellent. these shows of submissions that I have seen are doing wonders for my ego, even though it's not something new.
I bowed my head just a little bit as a show of gratitude and said afterward,
"Thank you all."
Man, am going up the ladder fast, ain't I?
*Sometimes later*
I asked Cho to have a mock fight with us, and in us, I meant me too.
At first, everyone protested and rejected the idea firmly and for good reason too.
"You still haven't awakened your spirit, Kotaro-sama. even though we have heard of your excellent prowess since you were born, against a Spirit Doulou it would be both dangerous and meaningless for you to practice in this training session."
That confirmed something. it seems my strength was the "Innate talent" I had since birth.
Which again, makes sense. I mean it is part of my background, so I don't have to worry about them thinking someone possibly possessed me.
But,
Fool the lot of 'em.
They don't know the full extent of my power.
"But how am I supposed to show how awesome I am like this?" was my comeback. it makes them have the image of a child who just wants to prove himself and that would make most people give in.
So After a lengthy discussion AND them asking my mother to be present for the session, Cho and Kaito finally gave in.
I called for Ao and Mai and they came to my side fast.
Good maids.
"Please go an inform my mother that I want to see her in my backyard. Oh and if my father is available ask him too." I asked them while making a cute serious face just to stay in the theme.
Urgh, how much longer would it take to get rid of this annoying facade.
They just smiled a little, Bowed and Mai said,
"I would inform mistress Nene while Ao will go and inform Master Kentaro, is that good enough Kotaro-sama?"
I just nodded happily and immediately after they went.
Well, let's see how would you fair again Kotaro Fuma, Miss Spirit Doulou.
