Chaos In The Darkness; Salvatores's Salvation

*Dark Mafia Romance* Pregnant. "I.." she blinked at the words that were blinding her. "I.." "I? I? What, Evelyn?" Salvatore spat, making her flinch. "What is it that you want to say, say it loud and fucking clear!" She jumped on the spot and closed her eyes in fear. "I.." "What?!" His scream was powerful enough that Evelyn jumped on the spot and started to cry. Why was this happening to her? Why were these papers in front of her? "I don't know," she screamed back with rivers of tears flowing down her face. "I don't know what happened. I don't know what's happening!" Salvatore chuckled darkly and shook his head as he barked out at her, "You don't know what's going on? Fine, I will tell you what's going on. You are three months pregnant with the child of a man that you spent one night with." His voice lowered several octaves and deepened. He was controlling himself. The reality made her close her eyes and lower her head. The product of a one night stand was inside her womb. This reason alone was enough for her father to discard her had he been alive and he was her father but Salvatore was her husband. She opened her eyes and looked at him again. What was he going to do? **** Salvatore had never let the information out. No one knew that he had the same darkness inside him that his father carried in his veins. He had buried it successfully until she came along. Evelyn. ~Not for faint hearted.~

A fifteen Euro tie.

Blonde and sharp blue eyes.

That was what he searched unknowingly in every woman he met.

Did he find them? Yes, he did.

But there were faults in each one. One's eyes were not the bright blue, one's hair was a lighter shade of blonde and the other was downright ugly to him.

He had sighed all day.

She seemed like an Angel, appearing out of nowhere and disappearing just as fast. He hated kitchen doors now. Why did they have doors?

The car came to a stop and his door was opened. He stepped out and his assistant; Dario was already waiting.

Dario got to work immediately. "You have a meeting today with the Irish."

"The Don?" Salvatore asked without looking at him and continued his way to the lift.

"No sir, the second son of the previous Don. Cormac Walsh." Dario answered without a hint of fear. He was trained.

"When?"

"They are waiting." He whispered.

Fuck. He couldn't wait.

Taking his position behind the desk, he sat in the chair with a brooding expression on his face. This was not how he wanted to start his day.

He came in and kissed the ring on his hand. The one his father wore and the one that had much more respect in Italy.

"Don Alessandro," Cormac greeted. "I cannot express my gratitude to you for you meeting with me."

"Then don't," Salvatore muttered starting into his eyes and soul. "Get on with what you want to say." Wasting time was wasting breaths, his father often said, and in this career, he did not have much. So wasting time was not an option.

Cormac Walsh nodded. "I want your support for going against my brother; The Don."

A mutiny he wanted. Salvatore narrowed his eyes at him.

"I would gather more me—"

"No," Salvatore said firmly and pointed to the door. The conversation was over.

"But you have not even heard what I wanted to say." He argued immediately and Salvatore felt a headache coming.

"The fact that I have to explain it to you is frightening, for you." He sighed and got to work. The quicker he explained, the quicker he went away. "With your brother, I have no problems so I have no interest in going against him. Now coming to you, my advice would be not to against your brother."

Cormac Walsh stared at the young Don before nodding and moving out. Immediately after, his cousin came in.

"Why was he here?" Dante, his consigliere, asked with a stormy expression. He wasn't aware.

"For a test."

"Test?" He laughed. "The brothers have guts testing us."

Salvatores's lips twisted up a little. "Leave it be. They think we would not be able to figure it out, brother."

Dante nodded and went to business immediately. "The American chains of businesses have sent their balance sheets for the half-year. I'm going to have those checked and your mother's restaurant is doing good as well. However, our steel industries are ready for another branch in Venezuela." He cocked an eyebrow as he asked, "Why there?" That was pretty far.

Salvatore gave a wolfish grin. "Cheap labour and good smugglers."

Dante told him a few things and left after that. Soon, it was time for lunch and Salvatores's mouth practically drolled for coffee served to him a certain blonde.

He was driven there. The rolls stood proudly in front of a mere thousand dollar establishment which made Salvatore think of something.

Wouldn't she think less of him if she saw him wearing, Brunello Cucinelli, one of the most expensive brands in the world?

He immediately took off his jacket and vest. Shit, even his tie bar was real gold.

He glanced at the driver who immediately looked forward, previously looking at his boss through the mirror.

"Give me your tie." He demanded.

"S-sir?" The man stuttered. "My tie?" He confirmed pointing at himself. His fifteen euro tie for the one worth thousands?

Salvatore snarled at him making the man hurriedly take it off. He was delaying his meet.

Taking his off and wearing it, he went inside to the blue-eyed beauty. Just to stare at her because he was not worthy of anything more.
