I Am You

I look around to see where the manly voice came from and i find no one.I though i was imaging it but the voice spoke again.

[I m in your soul, Adam. You cannot see me, as i have no body and live in your soul.]

Adam: Okay….. so who are you?

[I m you, Adam, but a you from a different timeline that has reached the peak of power and have everything that you can imagine. He send me here so he can change the way you lived from his own timeline. But dont be mad at him. He will not stop you from reaching greatness, but he wanted to change your destiny so you dont have any regrets.]

Adam: So, what does that have to do with you?

[You can think of me as an advisor or a friend that will stay with you for the rest of you life.]

Adam: So what should i call you?

[Since i m you in a sense, you can call me Adam. But that i will be confusing, so you can name me whatever you want.]

Adam: Thats confusing for sure…i will name you Ethan. As he gave you to me for you to help me.

[Ethan, i like that name. From now on i will be called Ethan.]

Once he named Ethan, something throbbed inside his body, or to be precice inside his soul as the name Ethan was engraved deep in his soul and he could feel more connected to him then before, at the subconscious level in his mind.

Adam: Ethan, you said that you would advise me for me to have no regrets. What regrets are you reffering to excactly?

[I cant say that Adam. The future you odered me to not tell you until the momment that happends to you. Only then can i advise you not before.]

Adam: Oh…. if thats the case you dont have to worry about it as he ordered you not to tell me. But now that i think about it its kinda amazing that he made you. I cant even imagine how powerful would i be in the future.

[The future you is the most powerful person in all the worlds that exist, so dont work you head to figure it out dont, as even i, cannot know his true powers.]

Adam: Since thats the case, i would depend on you some times so for now ,nice to meet you Ethan.

[Nice to meet you as well, Adam.]

After that we talked a bit and i came to realize some things. Ethan wont give any powers or any cheat like abilitys as i have read in novels and mangas.

Ethan is like a friend that talks with me and nothing more, so i was confused how am supposed to get powers to do all the amazing stuff that he told me. Ethan assured me that, that momment will come soon and to become ready for it.

I cant help but feel joy and excitment that i will soon begin my journey.
