Strength

Superhuman: Able to lift between 800 lbs. and 25 tons. 4

Monster: Able to lift between 25-75 tons. 5

Apocalypse: Able to lift between 75-100 tons. 6

Incalculable: Over 100 tons. 7

Speed

The ability to move over land by running or flight.

Normal Giants have Monster class strength (75 tons) but speed is Below normal (Not counting jumps though)

Normal Goblins have Superhuman speed.

Normal Wizard is a Master level powerhouse.

Normal Healer can heal fatal injuries and are Master class powerhouses (In the end they are still Healers)

A normal wall breaker can destroy a small house.

A normal dragon is a small city-level threat.
