Christoph and Lily sat across each other in the living room. The young man was sizing up the young lady, and the opposite party was doing the same. Christoph was not in a hurry to talk, and neither was Lily. 

They had very limited interaction with each other. While Lily did admire Christoph for taming the Progenitor's consciousness, she was wary of him. The young baron always appeared to be cold to her. It was as if he hated the world; she was an eyesore to him. 

Christoph had a very faint impression of the lady as well. He had never talked to her. In his vision, this lady was just a vessel that Progenitor Lily Thornwhip had taken a liking for. After a few minutes of silence, Christoph asked, "What is your name?"

The young lady was shocked and raised her head to look at Christoph in a daze. The Baron asked again, "What is your name? Your real name, the one before you had become a vampire?"
