Starting Hell Month
Revan was back at the Wastelands with his group once again. Some of the participants were still sore and some more so than the others. Rei and Kai looked pretty fresh as well as Lucas.
Revan: Alright, this will be your first week of hell month and it will be a 4 week long program.
Revan: So..... for the first week I will have you guys do the same thing, 100 pushups, 150 squats and 60 pull-ups. However, it will be just like your testing day. You must complete each exercise properly and with correct form. If your form is off your repetition will not be counted. You will go until you complete the entire workout with proper form. If you feel as if you cannot go any longer, please do not hesitate to drop out. But remember.... remember all the things you are giving up on if you drop out, and also think about the things you are giving up on that could come true in the future if you stick with me. In the end it is your own choice to make, I can only tell you not to make the wrong one
Revan: The other villagers that have free time will also help and watch over everyone. If your form is slipping up, they will notify you, as will I. I won't be here everyday to help you guys train but I will be dropping off your meals. Keep training and keep eating, at the end of the month we will have one more official test to end this one month of hell for good
Revan: Well, what are you guys waiting for? You can get ready to start your workout, get your stretches in and do your best. I need to go and make sure that everything is going well on my end so I'll be seeing all of you later

Revan walked off into the distance and kept walking until he met with Penelope.
Revan: Penelope, I didn't expect to see you at the border of House Lazos and the Wastelands. What are you up to?
Penelope jumped up a bit as she was caught off guard. "Oh, you scared me there. I went to the outskirts to pick some mulberries, they grow near the bushes at the edge of the Wastelands. Did you need anything?"
