This story will be following our wonderful mc Revan in the land of Chakra Force. In this land you can cultivate all of your chakras and gain immense power. The weak can crush small mountains while the strong can overturn the seas and freeze over entire cities and more. Will Revan fall among the mediocre or will he succeed? Revan continued to lecture them as they enjoyed their meals. He took long breaks in order for them to both enjoy their food and to also better process the information. "Intermittent fasting is important for many reasons. I usually intermittent fast with an 8 hour window for eating a day. I rarely break my 8 hour rule but if I do and I choose to eat a meal, it will only be within an extension of 1 hour. Oh and remember, I am not forcing you to follow these rules but they will greatly improve your lives. If you're hesitant or pessimistic, just give it a try for this week and see the advantages. Remember to focus on your current physique and condition.

Kai shot his hand up. "Intermittent fasting sounds great but what are the benefits."

Revan was pleased with his interest in the subject, hopefully he was interested in order to improve himself. "The benefits.... well there's a lot but I'll list a few. It can reduce the risk of diabetes, cancer and heart disease. Most of the people that I know say it also gives them better endurance, motor coordination and it also helps them sleep much better. Most importantly it facilitates fat burning and helps you lose weight. In simple terms, it partly does this by raising your metabolic rate. Remember to fix most of your days around mostly protein. But still.... don't eat too much protein and you'll know you're eating way too much if your poop is black in color."

Revan: Well... I know you have a lot to digest both physically and mentally so I'll give you some time. I hope to see you all back in the morning, for now just relax and rest your bodies in preparation for tomorrow

When Revan came back the next day with everyone's breakfast he was met with a pleasant surprise. "So, it looks like from our starting 1000, were down to around 900 just after the first day. But that's fine, it doesn't bother me. It just means that those males and females were satisfied with mediocrity. But who knows.... maybe they were already happy, maybe they decided that this wasn't what they wanted to pursue and there's nothing wrong with that, I will respect their wishes."

Revan: It means something for the rest of you though, MORE FOOD FOR EVERYONE ELSE. As more people leave, someone will have to eat their share. I'll be splitting the meals of the 100 people who left. Everyone should get a little more and as more people leave your meals will only get larger. Most of you are on the skinnier side so you should eat your fill..... try to bulk up and put some muscle on but don't indulge in too many sugars. Eat! Eat! Eat!

Revan: Today we'll be doing the same exact workout and it will be that way for this entire week. Don't grow disheartened, it will only get easier as the days pass. Your body will learn to adapt and overcome, our bodies are much greater than we give them credit for. It was a similar repeat of yesterday. Revan looked over them and cleaned up some of their forms and also tried to give them useful tips. Some of them even talked back.

"Thank you instructor!"

"The stretching helped my squats out a lot"

"I feel like I'm way less restricted with my movements"

"Instructor ever since you taught us child's pose and the cobra pose for stretching..... it's unbelievable, our backs feel like they're loosening up a bit. They've been tight for months before this."

There were also some people who weren't so happy and weren't as grateful. "How does he expect us to work when our bodies are sore."

"Is that man an idiot?"

"He doesn't look all that buff. I know he did the run with us and he does some of the workout but can he even do it all like he makes us do?"

"Shut up..... he'll hear you complaining."

"And what? Is he going to beat me. I'm here to learn technique. Right now.... this is just a big waste of my time."

There were also people who didn't finish the workout but they tried so Revan still fed them.

Revan: Most of you worked hard so you deserve to be rewarded. Tomorrow, for the third day we will have a rest day. Your body is sore so you need to rest and repair it. Rest is crucial in order for your body to prevent fatigue as well and it also helps prevent injuries from overexertion.

Most of the group cupped their hands and many of them bowed their heads. It was a loud and resounding, "THANK YOU INSTRUCTOR."

Revan's heart was warmed. "No need to thank me, as long as you guys work hard your efforts will be rewarded.
