1 Best friends

Charli is a 19 year old boy who runs a cafe with his close friend Huan. The cafe is a family business from Charli's family. He started working in the cafe when he was 16 and Huan applied for the job to work with him at 17. Both of the boys met each other when they were really young and have been really good friends since then.

Their parents didn't like each other that much but they didn't stop both boys from hanging out. Charli liked things like sleeping, video games, books, cooking/baking and the guitar while Huan liked things like studying, sports, and video games. They both were really similar when it came to things.

Charli is the type of guy to stand up for others but at the same time he is really sensitive. Huan is the type of guy that's laid back calm.

~Yu's Cafe - 4:06pm~

"WHAT'S WRONG WITH YOU BOY? CAN'T YOU DO ANYTHING RIGHT!"

A lady screams at Huan for accidentally spilling some tea on her.

What really happened was that the lady had her foot out to trip Huan so she could yell at him.

"I'm sorry miss but you had your foot out and I accidentally tripped".

"I DID NO SUCH THING!"

She just kept yelling at Huan for something that wasn't his fault.

"Miss please stop yelling, you had your foot placed out into the walkway where he was walking".

Charli said as he walked over with a rag.

"And who do you think you are telling me what to do!"

The lady picked up pieces of the broken glass cup and threw it at Charli while yelling.

*Glass shatters all over the floor while blood is dripping after Charli gets cut on his cheek from the glass*

"Miss get out before we call the cops!"

Charli yelled while trying to hold in tears.

After the lady payed and left, Huan put the closed sign up and locked the doors to the cafe before he rushed Charli to the back.

"Are you ok Charli? I'm sorry, it's my fault you got hurt"

Huan said while cleaning the wound.

"Don't worry it's not your fault"

Charli said with tears in his eyes. Due to trauma in the past, Charli starts crying when someone is yelling at him.

"You wanna go to the lake?"

Charli said after Huan finished and put a band aid on his cheek.

"Sure!"

Huan said excitedly.

~Lake - 5pm~

Once Huan and Charli both got to the lake they started to play around in the water. What they didn't know was that the lady from the cafe followed them and put makeup on her leg to make it seem like Huan bruised her leg. Once she got to the lake where they were, she called her older brother and lied to him about what happened.

The brother had rushed over to the lake and the lady told him which guy it was.

"Hey kid!"

The guy said as he grabbed Huan by his shirt and punched him in the stomach.

"STOP WHAT ARE YOU DOING!"

Charli yelled out as he tried to pull the guy off of Huan. The guy continued to punch Huan multiple times in the face as he was on the ground and blood was everywhere on Huan's face.

"GET OFF OF HIM!"

Charli yelled at the guy and hit him to try to get him off but Charli isn't that strong and the guy just pushed him off and punched him in the side of his stomach.

After the lady came over and got her brother off of Huan, they left the two boys there at the lake. Charli sat there holding Huan while crying.

"Charli.. Don't cry pls, call my.. Brother Lucas".

Huan said while handing Charli his phone. Charli quickly found Lucas's contact and called him. He told him what happened and Lucas told him to wait right there with Huan till he gets there.
