Chapter 2(Fate Itself)

I woke up feeling tired and i peek at my phone and i find out that am nuts late....

Shit!!!! i screamed before i quickly rushed to the bathroom to wash up and dress up.I tied my hair up with like a pony tail leaving a few strands here and there i quickly put on my makeup and then reached out to my phone to order uber when i thought to myself that the uber will take at least thirty minutes to get to me.

Nah i said to my thoughts of getting an uber. So i head out to get a cab or taxi After five minutes of trying to hail a taxi i finally got a cab and in no time i had reached my new organization.

Earlier on i had been transferred to a new office at first i was freaking out but ken my best friend sorted out my nervousness. I sighed as i entered the large company. I was wearing a blouse t shirt with a body huggung skirt that has beautiful gems a decoration with my stilettos i hurriedly walked through the hall and went to reception to locate my cubicle but to my surprise i wasn't given a cubicle so i went to the receptionist told me that the Ceo wants to see me.

I gulped as i walked through the stairs as i had never taken an elevator since the incident occurred when i was tweleve. I reached the office after a while not only because the stairs were long and tiring have a thing in common.

In my former organization my boss was okay with me wearing comfy boots or canvas but now that am transferred i don't want to make a bad impression on my new boss on my firsts day of work.

I knocked on the office door then i heard a voice saying come in. I entered locking saying come in. I entered locking the door behind me, Then i saw him immediately i recognized him i knew he was the one that helped me up the day i tripped and fell but he was giving ouy such a negative cold vibe and i got chills form his stare but i didn't look away as i tried to maintain my cool awfully i couldn't find his flirting cute look but i was sure it was him,I was still pondering on my thoughts when he coughed Ahem. Are you here to work or you're here to stare!! he said nearly yelling.

S..Sorry sir i hurriedly said....

You're my personal assistant now so you will be here with me in my office is that clear!!. He said sharply with a cold tone. I murmured well theres no need to be harsh dimwit.

Did you say something i asked pretending to have not heard what she said.No sir i understand perfectly.i replied back with a smile hoping it will shut down his cold vibes.
