3 Past

Lu Jingyi sat in front of her laptop keep thinking on how to get revenge on the cheating couple.

While thinking, she subconsciously reminised on the past where she had a sweet memory of Bai Liancheng confessing.

Four years ago.

"Jingyi, I love you. When I first laid my eyes on you, I know you are my destined one. Everytime I see you, my heart would leap on your dazzling smile. I know this is crazy, but I can't stop myself from looking at you. I even dreamt about you every night. Jingyi, will you be my girlfriend? I promise to take good care of you."

Bai Liancheng confessed on one knee kneeling and a bouquet of roses in his hand. He smile gently while his heart leaped rapidly and nervously waiting for Lu Jingyi to reply.

Lu Jingyi blushed until her whole face look like a tomato. She was honestly very touched and happy with his confession.

After all, who would not love to be confess by a handsome man with a gentle personality.

Bai Liancheng was very popular in their university time. He was every girls' dream to be with. He was handsome, gentle, liked to help out and have a nice personality.

Although he was from an ordinary family, he tops in every subjects, gets recognition from every lecturers of each department and gradually the top of the university and even invited to intern in the famous Mo's Group.

Lu Jingyi was also like any other girls that like Bai Liancheng a lot, but she is too shy to talk to him. What she could do is to take every chances to sneak a peek at Bai Liancheng to satisfy herself.

She thought as long as she can look at him from afar, she will be fine. Never in her wildest dream that Bai Liancheng would confess to her.

Lu Jingyi was overly happy and replied to him in her stuttering voice.

"Y-yes, I-I agree to be y-your girlfriend".

Lu Jingyi blushed even harder after she agreed.

She was the same age as Bai Liancheng as they started dating in their final semester.

Although they were in different departments, they made sure to spent time together.

After graduation, they gradually spent less and less time together bacause of their job.

Bai Liancheng works in Mo's Group and he was promoted to be the youngest marketing manager in four years, making him to be busier than usual.

Lu Jingyi was also becoming more successful as she was a famous designer which she had her own brand called "L'Amour".

The meaning of her brand was love from french language to describe her love and passion for designing.

In those four years, Lu Jingyi and Bai Liancheng's relationship gradually become more distant.

Lu Jingyi's love for Bai Liancheng never change as she believe they will be together forever.

But she will never expected two years ago that Bai Liancheng started going out with different woman to satisfy his need and kept a secret from her.

He even lusted over her cousin Lu Jingshan and kept hanging out with her.

(P. S. Lu Jingyi still don't know this secret even 2 years later and present time). Although Bai Liancheng still loved Lu Jingyi but he can't control his lower abdomen as he lusted over woman that attract him.

Lu Jingyi thought she would cry so hard and heartbroken a long time after the discovery of the scumbag's cheating.

But she was just sad for a few moments and just furious and disappointed about the betrayal of Bai Liancheng.

Maybe because she had absolutely trust in him. She believed Bai Liancheng's love for her and that he will never betray her.

Sighed. What did she see in him back then?

Lu Jingyi sighed and shook her head.

Maybe she just didn't love him so deeply after all these years or maybe what she felt for him was just an admiration?

Perhaps, she didn't love him as deeply as before as time goes by.

She then got up and went to take a shower as she didn't thought up a plan for now.
