10 Met Again

After Lu Jingyi dressed up, she went and met Xu Wenwen at their favorite dessert shop. When she got there, she saw Xu Wenwen waving at her.

"Here, here."

When Xu Wenwen saw her face, she was quite shocked.

"Woah, what happened to you? Didn't you get enough sleep? Look at your panda eyes, even makeup can't conceal the dark circles. Don't tell me, you're so excited to see me that you can't fall asleep!?"

Xu Wenwen was holding back her laughter while she made her remarks.

"Ugh... Stop laughing!! I had a rough day yesterday. " Lu Jingyi sighed.

"Ohhh...Do tell."

Xu Wenwen's gossip mode was on.

Lu Jingyi explained how she broke up with Bai Liancheng and a sudden fiancé showed up at her house.

"It's great that you broke up with that scumbag. But..... What the f*ck, girl! You have an awesome fiancé!!! He is the CEO of Mo's Group. He's capable and handsome and not to mention that he is every women's dream man. I've gotta say, you caught a big fish. I will support and ship you two. Hehe."

Xu Wenwen couldn't help but talk in excitement. They chatted until they're hungry for lunch and went to a restaurant to eat.

When they entered the restaurant, Lu Jingyi stopped in her tracks and bumped into Mo Zhexuan. It was only yesterday and they had met again.

"Um... Hi, such a coincidence."

Lu Jingyi laughed awkwardly. Xu Wenwen rolled her eyes when she saw her best friend acted like that.

Mo Zhexuan nodded. In his heart, he was quite happy to see her here. Then, a man behind Mo Zhexuan peeked and saw his bro's fiancée and a beautiful lady beside her.

"Woah, isn't this Sister-in-law. What a coincidence. I'm Wang Jiasi, nice to meet you both."

Wang Jiasi was a cheerful, energetic and a handsome man. When he smiled, he looked charming. Lu Jingyi didn't realize she was being called sister-in-law.

"Nice to meet you." Both greeted the latter.

"Care to join us for lunch, ladies?"

Wang Jiasi was anticipating their acceptance.

"It's oka...."

"Sure, we loved too. "

Xu Wenwen cut Lu Jingyi's words and answered for them. Who wouldn't want to dine in with handsome men. Lu Jingyi was speechless.

Wasn't this supposed to be their girl's date? That traitor abandoned her for handsome men.

"Alright then, I will escort our beautiful ladies to our table."

Xu Wenwen practically rushed to walk side by side with Wang Jiasi and forgot about her best friend leaving her behind with Mo Zhexuan.

The atmosphere between them was awkward.

"Let's go." Mo Zhexuan said unhurriedly

"Okay."

Lu Jinyi followed behind him. Soon, they arrived at their table. They ordered food and started chatting.

"Sister-in-law, let me tell you something."

"I'm not your sister-in-law." Lu Jingyi denied.

"It's okay. You will be soon, right, Xuan?"

"Mhm." Mo Zhexuan agreed silently.

"..." Lu Jingyi was speechless once again.

Xu Wenwen looked back and forth at Lu Jingyi and Mo Zhexuan. They made a great couple. A beauty and a handsome man. Match made in heaven.

When lunch was served, Mo Zhexuan kept putting food on Lu Jingyi's bowl and she was again speechless at his action.

"You can stop now, I can't eat all of it. Here, have some too."

Lu Jingyi took some food from her bowl to Mo Zhexuan's bowl. Lu Jingyi didn't realize her small action made the man smiled faintly.

Wang Jiasi was watching them the whole time and he smiled playfully to see his best friend's faint smile when Lu Jingyi put some food on his bowl.

Even Xu Wenwen was watching the PDA in front of her. She couldn't help but feel as though she was eating dog food.
