Last Preparations

After having a conversation with her Grandfather, Tang Meili was not feeling very good. The only thoughts she had were about Mu Zhengyi. She didn't want to hurt him and more to that not to leave him. She may not love him now deeply but she knows that she likes him very much and wants to see what her future beholds with him.

Tang Meili was trying to think of another solution than to leave him in the meantime. She thought of lots of way outs like she can ask help from her best friend Zheng Mengmin or her brother Mo or Mu Zhengyi himself but the only answer she got in return that she can't because she cant let them face the danger which is meant to be for her and she didn't even know what power or secret force her father hold, which even her grandfather was not able to find out yet. Still if she wants she can try to ask her friend and brother Mo because she knows them and their conditions but Mu Zhengyi she is a complete stranger. 2 days and 2 nights doesn't give someone the right to ask for favors.

At last she decided to do what her grandfather told her. She will leave and come back when she is ready and strong enough to face everything. She will not make someone else her scapegoat as this is her revenge and only she has the right to take it.

After deciding, she came out of her room with a calm face and moved towards the study room where Mu Zhengyi was. When she opened the door she saw a lot of shelves filled with different genres of books, a long sofa with a small coffee table in the middle and a wooden table at a corner, where a computer with lots of documents and other small necessary things were placed. Then her eyes moved towards the person sitting across the table, typing non-stop.

"Hmmpmm" Tang Meili made a little sound to get his attention

"Hey, come inside" Mu Zhengyi said sweetly when he saw her standing on the door

"Did I disturb you" Tang Meili said consciously moving towards his table

"Not at all. So tell me do you need something"

"Actually, I needed some clothes and other necessary things so can you get me"

"Sure, I will call my secretary and tell him to get you whatever you want"

"NO" Tang Meili shouted loudly

"Is something wrong?" Mu Zhengyi was little taken back by her shout

"Mmm…. can you go yourself, I don't feel comfortable with your secretary getting something for me"

Feeling happy with her response he immediately agreed to it and went out with the list of things he needed to get for her and leaving her alone at home.

After Mu Zhengyi went out, Tang Meili felt relaxed and took a deep breath in and prepared for her leave as not much time was left for her flight.

After around one hour Mu Zhengyi came back to home but when he entered his house he didn't find the person he left behind. He checked every room and corner but still no sign of her. He felt scared and thought that something must have happened when he went out. He was going to call his security team to check when he found a letter on the living room table. He was feeling a little scared to open it but he gathered his courage after some time and opened it.

It was a letter written by Tang Meili to him. He took a deep breath and started reading it. There were many thoughts running in his mind but he decided to push all of them to the back of his head and decided to read carefully.

Somewhere in the distance at the airport a lady was sitting waiting for her flight. It was none other than Tang Meili. Watching intently to her surroundings, her city for the last time. On her right one Little kid was having fun with his Little sister maybe excited to go on family trip, on her left a middle age man was working on his laptop, maybe waiting going for a meeting, on her front a newly married couple was sitting, being intimate with each other, they must be going on their honeymoon. She was getting a little envious of them for having someone around them but here she was Alone.
