Blind Date

"Actually no," Tang Meili said, feeling more embarrassed than she has felt in her whole life. Right now she was cursing her only best friend like crazy for making her face such a thing.

"What? What do you mean by that?" Mu Zhengyi was a confuse and want to know what is actually going on. if she is not that girl than why she is on his table but more than anything he was disappointed. he don't know why?

"First promise me that you will not get angry and not hurt anyone because of this." Tang Meili said as did not want to hide anything from him but before that she wants to take every precaution she can. as she was in the wrong she have already dropped her cold persona and decided to deal this situation with calmness and gently for her friend.

"But without knowing anything, how can I just do so?" Mu Zhengyi was somehow having fun seeing her on edge and was greatly anticipating how this meeting would go forward.

"Then I am not telling you anything and leaving this place right now" Tang Meili felt a little angry when saw how he was having fun with her. she maybe in wrong but that doesn't mean she will give others a chance to put her down.

Mu Zhengyi was a little shocked as he didn't anticipate this and definitely didn't want her to leave yet, so he said "fine I will not do anything, now tell me."

Tang Meili saw that now his expression has turned serious and was ready to talk properly so she boar her calm and cold face and started talking "Firstly if you are angry about how I behave with you few minutes back, then I am sorry" Tang Meili said always taking notice of his expression. tang Meili never felt saying sorry offensive, if she is wrong than she will defiantly say so but if not she will never put her face down in any circumstances.

"Yeah I was a little" Mu Zhengyi replied having fun teasing her and enjoying her every expression.

"Huh?" Tang Meili was surprised and didn't know what to do next. she thought that this should not be the next line. he is definitely going off the book.

Seeing her expression Mu Zhengyi had only one thought in his mind 'she looks so cute, AWW how I wish to bite her those juicy lips'. Not wanting to annoy her and make her uncomfortable he said "its okay, it was my mistake too, we can forget it and move forward."

"Thank you" Tang Meili said feeling a little relaxed. she was surprised before because of his sudden words.

"And about the blind date, actually it was my best friend who was supposed to be here but she couldn't attend it so she requested me to come and meet you. Also tell you that she is sorry" Tang Meili said the whole truth in one go. she was very calm and not for once dropped her expressions in front of him.

"Okay, but why she can't attend it" Mu Zhengyi wanted to know more not because of the girl who ditched him but he wanted to continue talking to her and right now he only has this topic with him so he asked.

in his whole life Mu Zhengyi have not interacted with girls so much expect his mother and cousin.

"I can tell you but don't share this with anyone what I am going to share with you now. She already had a boyfriend but her family doesn't know yet, so not to create misunderstanding she didn't come." Tang Meili said in a reserved manner and also noticing if he was angry about what happen.

"Very well" Mu Zhengyi said without feeling angry about it as he also did not want to do some blind date but because of mom he had to but he was interested in her so he continue to ask questions to her like now "so what about you?"

"What about me?" Tang Meili said being a little vary with him as he is still a stranger to her.

"If you are here in place of your friend than why not be a part of it and tell me about yourself and enjoy our time in here in the meantime as we both are here and now can't also go back just like that" Mu Zhengyi said, coming clean in front of her.

"Okay sure, so myself Tang Meili and I work as a secretary for Tang corporations CEO" Tang Meili also understood him so she told him and decided to enjoy her time with him as in the first place she came to enjoy herself.

"Okay fair enough, so You must already know about me, I mean your friend must have told you about me." Mu Zhengyi said wanted to know what she thought about him.

"Yes she did" Tang Meili replied simply, without thinking much about it.

"If you want to ask something, you can ask," Mu Zhengyi said as he wanted her to continue talking. He liked listening to her voice and wants to get to know her as much he can.

"Should we order first?" Tang Meili ask in little vary voice as she didn't eat anything for morning and right now she is going to die if not eaten anything. oh extra fact here our Tang Meili is totally a foodie.

"Haha...sure lets order" Mu Zhengyi said with a chuckle. Tang Meili was mesmerized with his smile. he looks so handsome.

They ordered their food and continued their talk while eating. They both were feeling comfortable with each other and were enjoying their time together. slowly slowly they both have dropped their cold nature and started treating each other as friends.
