Alpha Test

As we connect to the Alpha version of the new update. A warning disclaimer pop up before our eyes.

"Disclaimer, this is an alpha test, anything that added or removed will be temporary and not officially be added"

"Hey Erika"

She didn't respond to me. I put the key and sure enough. the same character who I used on my game is here.

I look around the menu, and I notice there's 2 buttons added. that are not here before.

"This is new... A voice menu, and color blind option"

I gone back to the menu, and pick my character.

"Welcome to Central Tower Alpha test, my name is Fanny, a Test A.I Character"

A.I? New npc? I tried to chat with her. then a pop up appear.

"Welcome tester, in this new update, we will like to experiment using Voice Chat feature to communicate with npc, tried to talk to the NPC. This feature can be disable and Re-enable in the future"

Using Voice chat to talk to npc... That's a bold move. But that's going to be unique.

"Hey Erika, can you hear me?"

Nothing again...

I walk around the world, and as I leave the test area. and open to the world. few alpha players have seen walking on the city town of the game. I can hear their voice talking, and communicating to other testers and some npc.

"Adrian!"

That voice!

"Erika?"

"Adrian! This feature is so good! I talk to some npc, and they gave me direct answers! Even some unusual one!"

"Erika... did you talk about dirty stuff on the npc"

"No! I didn't-"

Suddenly a old man talk to us, and said "Yes she did, she started rambling, and talking to our people here"

Woah, that's a surprised. to think that the NPC could remember what Erika said.

"Excuse me old man, I'm sorry about her attitude"

"Don't worry about that young man, at least keep her dirty mouth away from children"

"I'm surely she does"

The Old man goes back to his bench.

"Woah... Did you see that Adrian!"

"Erika... I think you should never tell something like that bruh"

"what!?"

"Talking about dirty stuff on an npc, what happen if a developer is actually that old man you know, you will definitely going to get kick out of this alpha test"

"I... never did- ok..."

We explore the new alpha talk to some npc, their voice feels natural for some reason. And all of our question actually been answers.

"Say Erika, is it weird that the NPC feels more human than normal?"

"I don't know I haven't picked that till now..."

We tried to go to the Central tower. But seems like it's blocked off so we can't enter. we can only explore the region outside the central tower.

We walk for few minutes, until we stumble to a open forest.

"Woah this is new. we can now enter here. i remember this is just a road. but it is block off invisible walls"

Another walk later. We find an NPC on a carriage.

"A merchant..."

we talk to him

"Hello Adventurers. Is something the matter?"

A pop up came to our screen and it's said

"Merchant, a new NPC that is added on this alpha test. It's main purpose is to sell new weapons and skills to the player. They can also sell your own items to the merchant in a higher value or request for a discount"

Woah a new character npc... We can't tell what's his name on her tag. only merchant.

"What's your name"

"Ah... Luxifer" (In game name)

"What about you girl?"

"Kämpfer"

"Oh a fighter. odd name. since you told me your name my name is Hinder Gru. A merchant on a faraway land"

"Far away land? What is it?"

"Oh boy, I will tell you. It's a land where most monsters reside. there's a kingdom there called *%*%$$, so that's where I live. But I mostly go to the other continent aswell"

That's odd... the dialoged line just corrupt? I think this is a bug. we should report this.

"Hey Erika, report the bug"

"Yeah. I notice that too. I already recorded it. passing it to the mods"

"So Hinder.... What's on your shop?"

"Well. I have. a few weapons and armour on me"

A pop up, saying

"This is an alpha test. The inventory is not what is shown"

I brought nothing. But Erika brought something. The merchant leaves. and we explore the forest further until we hit the invisible barrier.

"This is the furthest we can go..."

I look at Erika and seems like she's a sleep

"Hey Erika? Hey! Don't a fall sleep while walking!"

Erika falls a sleep while walking and hitting the invisible barrier.

"not gonna lie this is funny as hell gonna record that"

That night. I turn off my VR. and Erika is still asleep on the table drooling.

I turn off her VR. and carried her to the couch

"Oh shit your heavy!"

After carrying her. I got to the kitchen. "Right... I finished eating the last left over food... oh well I can just buy it tomorrow"
