8 The First Virtual Dungeon Is Cleared!

Despite knowing that he wouldn't die in the real world, Eden's heartbeat was beating rapidly, surpassing the speed of the bullet train.

"Okay then, I need to be aware of his roars, shouldn't make eye contact with him, and never let his claws hurt me."

Suddenly, he raised his head and unwillingly screamed at the top of his lungs, as if the pain had finally become intolerable.

He felt the pain a hundred times more intense than the pain he felt while drowning in the Holy Lake.

"RAWR!!"

The golden werewolf was alerted by Eden's scream as his darting red eyes shifted to the left, screaming,

"GRAAAAOOOOO!!!"

Then, the golden werewolf ran towards Eden as if a predator would frantically approach his prey.

*BOOOOOOOM!!!*

Unexpectedly, an explosion arose from Eden's side, making the werewolf drift backwards.

"Sigh…."

Eden sighed as he glimpsed at his hands, noticing some red sparkles around him.

"Ding!"

[Bravo, host! You've reached LVL 70 in one go!]

'So…it just made me reach LVL 70 directly, huh? Guess that pain was worth it then.'

Eden realized the newfound strength in his body. His crimson eyes started glistening while he focused his attention on his body.

"GRRRR!!!"

Eden bent his head to the left, noticing the golden werewolf was ready to attack him.

Eden spoke out to himself, taking out the spear and swirling it around him. He added,

"Now!"

Instantly, he flashed towards the golden werewolf, faster enough to land a hefty blow at the werewolf's neck.

"GROOOOAA?!"

The golden werewolf wailed as the blood splattered from his nape, tainting the floor red.

"GRRRR!!"

Infuriated by the attack, the werewolf opened his mouth, almost about to use his destructive roar, and that was until…

"PIPE DOWN!!"

Landing a lethal kick at the werewolf's mouth to shut him up, Eden hopped back.

The blood burst out of the werewolf's mouth due to the kick and his eyes enraged again.

Eden realized that it was his only chance before the werewolf made his move.

"System, do you still fail to detect his weak point?"

"Don't fret, just say it already!"

Eden exclaimed while pacing backwards.

Eden's eyes widened as he heard the system's testimony.

Eden sighed, knowing that there was still a way. He picked out his blade, and dashed towards the werewolf, intending to slash its legs. However,

"GRYAAAOOOO!!!"

Despite being gravely hurt, the golden werewolf used his destructive howl, bursting Eden's ears as he flew backwards and finally fell flat with his mouth opened with a lifeless look on his face as if he were already dead.

Without blinking, Eden slowly got up while staggering.

His eardrums were busted with the blood flowing out of it, yet he slowly got up, ignoring the pain.

"Finally…it's time to end this…"

Mumbling to himself, Eden picked out his spear and grasped it tightly, noticing the golden werewolf approaching him. He wryly smiled, commanding,

"System, now!"

Since the system's voice rang inside Eden's head, he heard it.

"Nice!"

Eden feebly grinned as he forced all his strength into the spear, yelling,

"Now!! Sleep in your eternal slumber!!"

With ultimate speed, he threw the spear at the golden werewolf, and as if it were within Eden's calculation, the spear struck inside the werewolf's chest while making a cracking noise.

The golden werewolf was frozen in the spot, yet in the next moment, he fell to the ground, and shortly his body vanished.

Witnessing the death of the golden werewolf, Eden knelt on the ground with a victorious look, breathing heavily with sweat all over his body.

In the next moment, he fell flat to the ground, still chuckling, remarking,

"I won…I've done it!"

It was the system's plan. According to the system, if Eden managed to take an attack head-on from the golden werewolf, then the system could have managed to find the weak point of the golden werewolf.
